I guess so! Lol, I never had an issue with ELS v6, which was supposed to be very unstable, and I never had/have any of the issues with LCPDFR that most people have. lol.

I've never had a problem with this. I aim at a guy in the car, other than the driver, and press E a couple times and get the ped to leave the vehicle and I can unarmed aim and press/longpress E and do stuff with the ped.

You just hit the ~ key and type "forceduty", without quotes of course, and it should force duty you. I keep wanting to figure out how to call a helichopter, but I always forget to look in the .ini file. Lol. Now I know! Sweeeeet!

YEs it is old, but look at the North Hollywood Shootout f the 1990's in California, the two armed robbers had military-grade armour, and modified weapons turned fully-automatic, while the LAPD only had Beretta 92Fs, and some Remmington Shotguns, they were out gunned. They had to go down to a gun store and take AR-15s to protect themselves. I think it was 3 years ago, here in Pittsburgh, 3 Pittsburgh Police officers were murdered by a man who barricaded himself in his house with an AK-47. The responding officers didn't have any AR-15s (to my knowledge/reading), and they had to wait for SWAT teams to arrive. If those officers would've had AR-15s, they could have possibly fired back, and pacified the suspect, avoiding the loss of 3 officers. I think *certain* officers should carry the ARs.

Try contacting the person that made the video, perhaps they know where the mod came from, or if they're the ones that made the mod.

I'm not sure how it would work with recording and playing, but right now, I run an ENB, all the settings up to Very High, and every car modded and I get between 45-60 FPS. When I try to record though, I drop to about 35-50, granted I use Fraps which sucks resources, but I really like the 8320. Although, if you have the money, and are willing to spend it on the 9370, I say go for it! lol.

Last I read, it was for all GFWL games. The entire service was ending last I read.

I currently have the AMD FX-8320, which is a great CPU. 8-cores @ 3.5 GHz. I also have the GTX 650, so its lower. But if you can find the FX-8320 for cheap, I say go for it, I love mine. Well, unless you prefer Intel or find something better and for a better price. As for the graphics, I heard the GTX 760 is a beast, so you could be good there. EDIT: Looking back, I see you have the FX-9370 on there. That CPU is a monster. I have a friend that runs that and it is literally amazing.

Look at it this way, only a few more months of having to put up with this problem. As of June or July 2014, Games for Windows LIVE is shutting down, meaning no more clans, no more Role Playing, no more Online. :/

I know I have the same issue now and then, but I either keep clicking Play until it logs me in, or I just play offline.

Create a Support Request in the LCPDFR support section. If it is an issue with 0.95, look through the knowledge database, if it is 1.0, create a request. Ok, so 1.0 was just released, I love it so far, except that when I press LB on an Xbox controller to stop a pedestrian, the game crashes immediately, but that's the only time it does, when I try to stop a ped. I figure that this is just a bug or something, but I was wondering if anyone knew a fix, besides not use LB, lol. Hope all goes well with 1.0! Thanks for the help! PS: Yes I'm running as an admin, yes the game is legal, it is a Steam version, yes I have the necessary files.

As Crizby said, you should have no trouble at all with these cars. TBoGT and TLAD are expansion packs for GTA IV, so they just add a few things, and piggy-back on most of the other files that GTA IV uses. That's why a lot of other mods for GTA IV and EFLC work together. Glad you found the files you were looking for. Happy Gaming!

What are your system specs? Most times when it says that, your PC is out of resources and the game won't spawn the car to stop itself from crashing. If your specs aren't very strong, that could be your issue. If your specs are good, try reducing the Vehicle Density in the Option menu, or try moving to a different area when you try to spawn new cars.

Ah yes, I have the full metal version of that, I really love it. Mine is about 2 years old now. haha As for myself, nothing yet, it's still 24 December. But I bought myself, and don't laugh! A new bowling ball. Haha. If I'm not at school or work, I'm usually bowling. But I'll probably update this once tomorrow rolls around. lol
