  1. Sweet! just downloaded v2! Just an FYI, not a big deal, but instead of it saying 2011 Dodge Charger...it says 2111. You're so awesome you're predicting what the future Dodge Charger will look like!! lol
  2. So I was surfing the YouTube when I found this gem. It's on COPS's youtube page. Sad thing is, they put it up in 7 parts. Here are the links!! Part 1:
  3. I just watched that episode the other day!! I have around 25 episodes of cops saved on my DVR. It was around 67 a week or 2 ago. lol
  4. Alrighty, I had an issue where GTA IV would not start at all. I would right click LaunchGTAIV.exe and run it in Win7 compatibility mode and as an administrator, and I would try to launch it via Steam, where I bought it. I fixed it back in November, but now it doesn't work. I am running Windows 8.1 and I am using the exact installation guide I used before. I had to do some updates for Windows about 3 days ago, and immediately after my pc started, GTA IV wouldn't start. It also is happening with Battlefield 3 too. Any ideas on how to get it to work? I've tried the installation guide I have about 3 times already and it doesn't work.
  5. I just watched the videos you put on the UTube of your Crown Vic. It is really sweet. Defininetly can't wait to see your car finished, and the OP's car finished.
  6. NB(NicolaiB)'s cars usually work pretty well. They're ELS enabled, quality, and appealing to the eye.
  7. Your setup sounds pretty sweet!
  8. Sweet! I have all 3 DD EV Outfits downloaded and waiting for my GTA to start working again! Love the cars you've done!! :D
  9. Next time, only make one topic. Glad your issue was fixed.
  10. $3,500 for that! That isn't a bad price at all! I found a retired CVPI with 100,000 miles on it not far from where I live and they were wanting $6,000 for it. It had rust and dents all over it. :( Although I found another one that was around the $3,000 mark and it was in decent shape and only had 86,000 miles. It needed a new transmission, new tires, and some engine work done. :( If only, if only. I can't wait to see pic of the car when you're done!
  11. Your point actually came up in somebody else's thread. Putting flashing lights and sirens on a non-emergency vehicle is not illegal. He can legally put all the lights and sirens on his car that he wants, as long as the lights are amber lights, and only used on his private property, his own private road, an empty parking lot, or in a parade. If he were to put red and blue lights on his car and use them on the road, that is very illegal.
  12. I agree. One of my best friend's dad is a mechanic and his kid bought a used Crown Vic that was a cop car, and his dad fixed it up and keeps it running. I think it has almost 200,000 miles on it. As long as you take care of it, it should run. But that is expensive. Plus the transmissions get beat up from them zipping around and throwing into park while the car isn't completely stopped. Plus all the time the cars are left running. I want one, but the investment isn't a wise one at all. lol.
  13. I want a retired cop car, but I don't want to have to deal with the issues that it may or may not have. Granted, if I got to do what I wanted, and learn to be a mechanic, I would buy one in a heartbeat and work on it myself. I like yours though!
  14. It's....different....I don't know if I like the design of it. The idea is pretty cool, but the styling, I don't know. Although I can tell you I wouldn't buy it because if you've ever seen the movie "Christine" about the evil Plymouth Fury that fixed itself and tried to kill people, I don't want a machine that will try to kill me...lol
  15. Thanks for all the feedback! I am planning on making some more textures here in the next day or two, and with these suggestions, I'll try to make something that looks cool!
  16. Yesterday actually. lol. Glad you like it!
  17. When he says slow, I think he means that pausing the game, like the Police Helper does, and having to scroll thru menus and submenus of things to find one option, is slowing down and breaking the flow of the game. Whereas just pressing a quick key combination keep the game flowing and not breaking the action.

  21. I use bandicam only because it keeps the file size down, but it is a pretty good recording program. Fraps is another one, but it sucks the performance out of your PC when recording, and a 10 minute Fraps file is a few gigabytes, where as a 10 minute bandicam file is a couple of hundred megabytes.
  22. Sweet! I haven't had any issues, but I'll still apply this! :D
