You stated you had 2GB RAM, that is why you cannot run the game. The bare minimum to run GTA IV is 1.5GB, LCPDFR requires a bit more RAM due to its feature Can I ask if you have a cracked copy?

PC: Emergency 2012 - Bought it as a pastime while I waited for Emergency 4 (which was on its way) .. Haven't played it since Left 4 Dead 2 - Took two days to download from Steam, didn't play much afterwards. (Already played it a ton on xbox, only wanted it for the dev console) Xbox 360: L.A Noire: The storyline was good. But there was nothing to do once you completed it ANY Call Of Duty Game After World At War: 3, 4 and WaW were the only good ones, MW2 was full of try-hards and hackers. I'm glad I avoided MW3, I saw one gameplay video of it and saw objects and graphics from MW2. Just a lazy update. As for black ops, Zombies saved the game for me.

If V has the same streaming as IV, I hope to god its improved. I've had frame drops on the 360 version when I'm speeding through certain parts of LC, for instance, across the Broker Bridge

Spelling means nothing. For all you know, he could have a medical condition that prevents him from correct spelling, like Dyslexia (Which is VERY common).. I have two friends who suffer from it, one of them cannot spell properly and the other has trouble reading black text on a white background, both are very intelligent people in college taking AS levels.
