Well your attitude towards other members is disgraceful. The modification has had countless hours of work put into it by the developers. Did I mention it's FREEWARE? If you act more maturely and go for a calm approach when asking for help you'll get it. If I wasn't on my phone right now I'd put down this thread like a terminally ill dog. Grow up or get out, you decide.

Nope. If you click on that icon and you don't have EFLC installed, it'll take you to the marketplace, prompting you to buy it

As well as having the LVMPD cover most of their jurisdiction, the LCPD have now lost control of Liberty City's highways to these V8 Monsters owned by the Nevada Highway Patrol. The NHP were flown in due to their unprecedented skill when it comes to code 3 driving. As both forces reside in Nevada, residents of Las Vegas and its surrounding area are becoming nervous over the lack of police presence in their fine city. *Note: My new skin currently in progress, will be up later today. Also be on the look out for a NHP pack that will contain NHP skins for numerous vehicles as well as the NHP uniform. -

Its something to do with my Fraps, the skin itself is indeed high quality, the picture was taken at half size which caused the "fuzziness" the NHP is staying under wraps until I finish it as I've only got one side and the rear done although I'm not too happy with the quality of it, I may re-do the side of it. As for a picture of the 2012 charger, there's some here with my LVMPD skin on it, again FRAPS screwed over the quality;

That was my picture By CHP, do you mean California Highway Patrol? If so I made a CHP skin for PoliceFanatic's CVPI (Although it'll work for any CVPI Released) If you don't mind waiting, I'm currently working on a Nevada Highway Patrol Charger Skin. both the 2008 model and the sexy new 2012 one.

I'm usually using my own made skins like the California Highway Patrol.. Its mainly because I'm too lazy to change them

When I say online only, I mean it only works on Multiplayer Lets think about it: DAS allows you see other players on duty, giving them and you unit numbers on the heads up display. No other players in singleplay = no DAS

I'd like to mention that DAS is a ONLINE ONLY modification. It won't work in singleplayer.

I also recommend turning the value down to 10 or less. It gets extremely annoying having crew after crew of people try to steal your police car.
