That model has way too many polygons, IV would throw a hissy fit and refuse to run if you installed it. Unless of course, you spent months modifying the model so that less polygons were used.

I'm not even going to begin to describe on how misconceived that statement is. These devices were loaded with bullets. When they exploded, bullets were sent flying into the immediate area. This is an IED. Civilians should never have to even imagine having to ever experience these devices. Set the minimum required security level to join to about 31. This'll take a good 20 minutes or so but anyone with less than this level will be unable to join your server.

Good luck on creating textures! I look forward to seeing them. You don't HAVE to join a team to get noticed, sure you'll get views quicker than if you did on your own but it also depends on the popularity of the team you want to join. Also, spend time on the skins. Don't rush them and use a program such as GIMP or photoshop. NEVER use Paint.

We need more information before we can help you. Such as; Did you receive any errors when installing LCPDFR? What are your system specifications? Do you have any car mods installed? Do you use ELS? How many scripts do you have in your "scripts" folder?

Names are case sensitive. Ensure you've entered them correctly.

Make sure the wheel_lf dummy is lined up properly on the model. Additionally, It looks like you haven't moved the wheel_lf_[COL] into position, that wheel by default is oversized and needs resizing. This goes for the mesh and the COL file
