Hi Guys,

 

After months of YouTube turorials and help from mates, I've decided to give skinning a go.  I want to skin (hopefuly...) a pack of LCPD vehicles.  However, I'm unsure of popular models to use, and can only do ones with templates.

 

If you've got any ideas, a comment would be appreciated!

You don't HAVE to join a team to get noticed, sure you'll get views quicker than if you did on your own but it also depends on the popularity of the team you want to join.

 

Also, spend time on the skins. Don't rush them and use a program such as GIMP or photoshop. NEVER use Paint.

I wouldn't join a team, just yet at least. For now, I would suggest just screwing around in Photo Editing Programs first, so you can see what you are capable of and so you wont be a total waste to the modding team that you are apart of because you aren't capable of doing skins, for whatever reason. See what you can do first, and if you want to stay with skinning.
