So basically..what are the requirements so I can play LCPDFR with my friends like in Briglair's Red&Blue?

You won't get the same emergencies unless it's a setup (like a scripted scene), you can however respond to an emergency that one of your friends gets, you just need to know where it is.

 

You can use GTA IV or EFLC, modded or not modded. Just make sure everybody is in the same game using the same mods.

 

 

And if I want to play just alone, I can play it on single player or I must still open a free room?
