Fraps Shouldn't Lag the game if you have the FPS monitor or Recording module off, If you have just The screen shot feature turned on, It shouldn't lag, But of course, It all depends on your system.

Thank you tom, I really apreciate this, While it may seem im "ragging" Or something such of that sort, The truth is, Im getting tired of being backed into a corner for money I spent, It was a uniformed decision and im really glad for it, The truth being, My mac represents something really dear to my heart, It was a gift from a very close relitive who couldnt really afford it, Just get me through School, When people bash it, It really hurts deep, Because it means more than that, I remember back when I got a Dell inspiron 1501 in 05, That thing still works to this day, With barley 2 gb of ram, Because I worked my ass of on that thing, to make it to where it needed to be, When I litreally knew nothing of computers back in 07, I set out to make my laptop run right, So I got my mothers laptop and started researching, You wont belive me on this but its the truth, That thing took 1 hour to boot up, and 30 min to open IE, I made my boot time to 20 secs, and IE opend in less than 10, that was impressive to me, I learned alot and I continued my research up until my father gave me a Dell desktop, I was messing around on it until I finally got a virus, Because I was an idiot back than, I thought Mcafee would save me, And this is a true story on why I got into security: So I do what you always need to do when you think you have a virus, Unplug your internet, I call up Mcafee, The guy tells me to plug my internet back in, And download a scanner, The scanner found nothing, and while it was scanning, Some jack ass was reciving my credit card info, yeah it wasent fun, Malware bytes picked it up in less than a second, From that point on I pretty much vowed I would enjoy learning everything in the computing security divisions, And I have, Sorry for you TL;DR people, I kidna went all out :biggrin:

Pretty sure That that animation and style of arresting was taken out after .91, So there really is no way to pop into something like the .ini and change it, However, I will agree, I perferd the arresting method of .91, Nothing was more satisfying then pulling 3 thugs out of a vehicle, And having them all laying on the ground, Waiting to be procesed, God I wish they would bring that back, I loved it :wub:

1. I love that we can search the trunks now and I understand that we can only do it if the driver is out of the car. This leads me to a question though. When do we search it? If you pull over a driver and want to search his trunk than you have to get him out of the car to search the trunk and if you find nothing then he will never get back into his car and leave (which he is free to do). I wish there was a way to search while they were in the car so we can take the investigation further if we find something or let them drive off if we dont. I guess this could all be fixed if we could make the drivers get back in a car and leave if not arrested but that might be a programming challenge. I was told it was a bug, Possible fix in next update, Or simply, Cannot be done, Suspect might HAVE to be out of the vehicle, And as far pulling them out, And them not getting back in, I just pretend that they get back in later. 2. When do you guys frisk? I mean...under what circumstances? I would like to be able to tell someone to stop (E), put him in cuffs (for my protection), and THEN frisk him before I arrest him or let him go. There is no way to do this? When do you guys use the ALT-R frisk command? If you arrest someone and try to frisk them before transport and you find nothing the guy will be free to go even though you were arresting him for a felony chase! I use the frisk feature ALL THE TIME, Warrent? First off, Your welcome bud, Second, If your GTA IV is on Steam, Open up your game libary, Right click on GTA IV, Go down to proprities, Click on Local Game Files, And hit, Verify Integrity Of games Cache. If you do not have it on steam however, And I understand how annoying it can be to reinstall ALL your mods, Look through your directory, Scripts, Etc. Try to remember ALL the mods you installed, Back, them up, Re install, re install the mods, OR (this ones kinda complicated), Copy your ENTIRE directory, Place it in a GOOD back up location (somthing like a folder on your desktop), Unistall the game, Re install it, Grab the two files you need, replace directorys, And then place the needed files in, I hope some of this helps, JAM.

Actually, It sounds more like a corrupted game save, Did you by any chance happen to Save the game while on duty?

Well, If your printing them out so you can play with them while in game, Simply in game hit SHIFT + TAB to open an in game menu of key commands, Hope this helps.

Triple post, Really?........... Are you running the installer as admin by right clicking and hitting "Run as administrator"? If not, The taser part, WILL, make it crash, Due to the installer not being able to install anything due to it not having admin rights.
