traffic and graphic problem LCPDFR 0,95R 2

Featured Replies

Hello Lcpdfr-members!

at first i apologize for my language and maybe a double post if that discussion already had been started

My computer: Windows 7 Home Premium, 8GB RAM, AMD Radeon HD 2GB, i5, 2.5Ghz

1. problem:

After modding just ONE police car and installing LCPDFR 0,95r2 there are only taxis on the road an a second car type, that is ANNOING and just a boring gameplay

I read about traffic mods and i found some downloads but nothing works even if all comments under the files says it should work, so please help me guys!

2. problem: When i set the graphic options on very high the game says that my ressources are ~1000mb from 2100mb but then it does not work fine, it is like a fast picture show, you know what i mean? i don't understand that because my game says i have enough ressources to play on very high

i hope you understood my problem, i could'nt find anything on the internet that helped me.

ps.: used the wrong button so the unfinished text was published ^^ my native language is german

GTA IV is a terrible console ports.

Even some of the high end PC's struggle to run it on max settings, I'd suggest turning things down one by one until your find a playable level.

Thanks for the link, but can you explain to me how to install this mod? i don't know anything about scripthook and the last try with another mod crashed my game and i had to reinstall it.

thank you so far!

Extract all the files to a destination of your choice. Then copy all of those files to your GTA root directory. This shouldn't crash your game and if it does you can just delete the files that you copied over.

It basically loads a variety of vehicles into your games memory so that rather than police and taxis spawning all teh time you have different cars.

Don't worry, as teh asi loader (dsound) and scripthook are both in there (as they come with LCPD:FR, though you can use xliveless in the place if dsound if you wish (but not both)). What you should do here though is simply put what cars (aside from taxis, garbage trucks and emergency vehicles) you want to spawn while driving around (it's a list with 20, it can't support no more than that.) After that, you put them into the Scripts folder of your main GTAIV directory where LCPDFR is installed. After that, it should load up automatically.

Like I said, LCPD:FR comes with dsound, which is already installed. You just have to put those files into the Scripts folder where LCPDFR is (which is GTAIV root directory/Scripts)

not LCPDFR issues. Moving to GTA IV.

1. Download TrafficFlow V5 from the downloads section

2. Can't help you with that.
