This, Also, The only things needed to run LCPDFR, Is A legit version of Gta iV or EFLC, The game be fully patched to the newest version, Etc. No other tools are needed to run the mod correctly, Get Gta iv, Run the mod installer, Enjoy! PS: This might help also:

I dont really think its a bunch of "wannabe-Cops", Ive only played in a few RPs, But even playing LCPDFR in a realistic manner, Can be considerd "roleplay", Its the whole reason I played in those "Rps", Im well on my way to becoming a Police officer in the state of AZ, I Found it as a great way to test my self to see if I could handle Extremley simple situations, Inside of a game, honestly, If you want you can even some what call it a simulator, TBH though, If I werent able to handle extreme simple situations in those "Rp" games, I would obviously not be able to make it as a cop....

In game, open your trainer options (F3), Go to options>First page>on the upper right hand corner, you should see a option (enable keys or something of that sort) It should be enalbed, hit 5 on your numbpad, To make it go to disabled, this will disable they key short cuts on the trainer. 2. The pannel you speak of is for ELS, not LCPDFR. 3. At this time there is no way of customizing keys in the current lcpdfr version. 4. As to your first part, I agree and its exactly what I do, i thought you meant as SAS as a active product as an alternitive to MSE for protection, when it doesent even have on acsess scanning, no worries for the misunderstanding. As to your second part, how do you like Sas pro? And yeah, Its Nice to have a fortress around your computer, But four anti Virusess, is just crazy, Itll cause more problems then a stubborn Root kit lol, Side note; My setup: Kaspersky internet Security 2012, Working alongside with malware bytes PRO, as well as a few on demand scanners to use every now and again, Such as SAS, Gmer, Hijack this, Etc. Uhm, SAS is a tool, Not a Antivirus, It is not an on acsess scanner, You run it, it scans, Its done, pro im pretty sure does on accses scanning like Malware bytes PRO, however, It does not completley protect the system, Its advised to use a AV along side the tools, I also use SAS For clients, however, Just to scan and remove a few stubborn adwares and keyloggers, Other than that, It wont activley protect the system, After im done I hook them up with a Good av, Depending on whether they want to pay or not, If not, MSE, IF yes, It depends ont he system due to some beign resource hogs. You can J-Tag, Value edit, mod the entire CD for Xbox 360 version of GTA IV, This mod STILL wouldn't work for it, And it never will, Nor will any of the other mods for PC, It simply doesn't work, The only modding I know of on the 360 for Tbogt Is Value editing, But, That has nothing to do with scripts.... See if your computer can run GTA Iv, Buy it on steam or at gamestop, Get the mod, enjoy.

Microsoft Security Essentials is a wonder full product and I download it on all my clients computers if they want a free product, I will agree, I use Kaspersky, And it can be a bit over protective, But ive always like it that way. Webroot is famous for giving a TON of false positives, however, I suggest you scan your computer with a great tool called, Malware Bytes Anti Malware just to be safe, Link: http://www.filehippo...s_anti_malware/ As far as anti viruses go, I suggest if you want a free product, use something such as avast!, Micro soft security essentials, AVG (Kinda has gone down hill since 09, even in my testings, its not so great, but it DOES work) Theres a ton, Ask for more if you want, I suggest you download from a trusted link, JAM. @GTARescue1, AVG, Even in other peoples testings and mine is a safe environment such as a VM, and a closed enviorment, AVG, has gone down hill, Norton certainly has gotten better since earlier versions (such as 08, my god what a disaster), But you still have to purchase it (I suggest Norton Internet security, Simple, and it works great), Kaspersky works great as well, But beware, It can some what be a system hog. PS: as many ppl have said, Make sure your downloading from a SAFE link for ELS.
