Stick to the high ways, People Go crazy on them, No kidding either, Running red lights, Slamming into the back of vehicles, and yes, LOTS! of Speeders :D

Could be this, But if you cannot load whats so ever into the game, You might have a corrupted game save, If it DOES however load it, Your computer might just be running slowly, Or the game is taking forever to load evrerythinng due to your new car, Especially if it has High Polys.

Hit download. Hit download again right next to where it says " IVDashCamV2.exe" Save the IVDashCamV2.exe to Desktop. Right Click on IVDashCamV2.exe. Select "Run As Administrator" A pop up will come up asking for your permmision, Hit "Yes" On the New pop up, Hit "Next" Hit Next again. Alright, At this point, You will need to hit "Browse..." And find your EFLC Directory, Select your EFLC Folder, And then hit install. Wait until install is finished, Close it, And then try it out in game.

Sounds like your reciving the SMPA600 error, Not really a LCPDFR problem, But more of a Modded cars problem, heres a thread on the issue:

Those don't spawn often either, So you can at least try to mod them, But at the first sight of texture popping and invisible streets, I would take them out and replace them with the original ones, Also, Police 3 and 4 are in TBOGT directory, Just as a heads up :turned:

Err, You weren't meant to put the .exe in any EFLC folders, Do this, Place the .exe on your Desktop, Right click on it, hit "Run as admin", And go through the mod install proccess.

With your graphics card, I would't Suggest that, Here is what I do, Install car mods ONLY to Noose, and Polpatriot, never touch Police 1 or police 2, It will cause nothing but issues due to them spawning most often, That way, Your ram wont get taken up so fast by high poly car mods.

Your ran the .exe as admin just like LCPDFR Correct?, Also, did You point the installer to your correct directory? (Eflc)

If you get it installed correctly, In game, When you enter a Cop Car, You will see it enabled on your screen, Don't See it? Hit ALT + D, Still don't see it? Might have not installed it correctly, If you have howerver, Here are a few features: Bottom left, Theres a radar, Hit ALT + R and use the numpad 8 Forward, 6 right, 4, left, 2 back, + Increase size of the circle (inside that circle, if a car passes through, it will tell you the speed), - to make it smaller, 9 To make it brighter, 3 To make it dimmer, Let me know how it works out for you bud, Btw, All this info is avalible in the readme included with the mod, just in case you need it.

The ivDashcam V-2 Has a .exe to auto install everything for you just like LCPDFR, But if you want to do it manually, Add The Folder Included in the mod into the Scripts folder Included in your EFLC Directory, As well as the IVDashCamV2.ini, and IVDashCamV2.net.dll

The diagnostics can say everything is fine, but the LOG says everything that is needed to be known about his game........, Asi loaders, Scripts, Etc. Thats why logs are always needed, To be used to DEBUG the game, So it can actually run.
