I have, But you cannot see the blip if you have hard core on whats so ever, It blinks here and there, But your mainly just stuck looking around with dispatch saying a description, I wish that the ingame dispatch would give detail and tell you what street, speed, direction etc. to make it easier for us hard core users :biggrin:

You cannot edit specific random world events chances such as foot pursuit or Vehicle pursuits in the .ini file, The only real thing you can do is make it to where more random events happen during game play, But that doesn't mean you'll still see a ton of car chases, More or less just more random events.

Im not sure but I was told it was that when nothing happens when you accept the callout, the situation is now CODE 4, However it doesn't pop up on screen, (like in previous versions) So it appears as if nothing happens.
