Sounds like your NAT is open, But probably moderate, There are many ways to open it up, The easiest way (if it works) Is to restart your modem/router, If it doesent, Just google how to open NAT, To check your NAT Status, Hit Home> go to settings> network status> And you should see NAT: And it will be either Closed, Moderate, Or open, Also, If none of this works for you, Maybe its correct and saying your computer is running too slow to be able to play online.

Wow, I saw this game a while back, But ill probably check it out more now that I know about that, Most Wanted brings back SO many memory's from my childhood of playing it , Should be fun.

Its quite funny, I JUST got done installing the snow mod, Hard? meh, its some what complicated, just alot of replacing large filed textures, there are a few things I couldn't get to work right, Where to find it? I do every now and again, But I rarely see alot of people on it when im on, I do however use it while in multiplayer to see if anyone wants to join me and my friends.

This, Also be warned not to over do it, It does very minor damage to the ped, But still, Can kill if they have very little health, I suggest you use it at a distance when suspect is too far for taze.

Im getting a vengence h90 or something like that (keyboard) and it has some customizable keys, Im going to see if I can bind some in game mods to them (somehow).

EFLC: Episodes From liberty city, Its the DLC For GTA IV, Which include TBOGT and TLAD, And as far as guns in the same class I have no idea, There might be a way but I don't think you can.

GTA IV doesn't have one, EFLC does, But for that mod you will probably have to use openIV to add files, Spark iv you cannot add files, only replace, JAM.

Not sure if it lets you add more, Rather, GTA IV: TBOGT Has like 3 extra and even like 4 (not really sure) extra police vheicles, Such as a police MARKED charger, The stinger, Police bike, And a APC, that's all I can think of at this moment.

I think he means hes trying to add an extra vehicle into GTA IV.

Changing the asi loader to xliveless doesn't always fix everything for everyone, And can infact cause some problems, But he should it give a go at least I suppose. EDIT: Lol, I love how I get a -1 when some one disagrees with me, Seriously though, Xliveless isint a recommended asi loader, DSOUND is, Thats the whole reason why I stated that it doesn't not fix the evertying, it MAY of fixed the problem for you, but that doesent mean it apples to everyone -_-....

Run the mod installer as Admin, Also when installing, Make sure that asi loader is checked.

Your using .95 Beta 1 Which was pretty unstable, Theres a newer version of LCPDFR out, Called LCPDFR .95 RC1, Check the download section, Install, enjoy! (Btw you should expect very little crashes on GTA Iv after updating to the newest version, But OTHER mods might cause crashing and not LCPDFR its self.)

You don't have to have the menu open whats so ever to have the keys enabled, The keys are always enabled until the mod its self or the keys are disabled. No Prob bud, :biggrin:

Its not an issue with LCPDFR, LCPDFR Is meant to run on a vanilla (stock) Copy of gta iv, With out any other mods (It can, But G17 media from what I know doesn't support any other mods), So it really has nothing to do with LCPDFR, Nor from what Ive heard will they fix it Since they don't support any other mods, I suggest you go into your .ini file and change the key bindings to something else you will not use while typing onthe computer, Hope this helps, JAM.

Actually, If you do not have some one elses skin, It will just display yours/deafualt, And ive never seen it cause ANY crashing, certainly does cause issues, But no straight up crashing....
