Yeah, And ive seen that episode before many times, For any kids who think cops are there to change your tires or to just there to call them "pigs", Watch that vid..... Real police Scanner, PHX PD dispatch scanner, You cannot hear traffic between officers, But you can hear dispatch speaking to officers and calling incidents, And I updated the story, Its on any local news station in AZ, Ill dig up the story some where.

Officer Involved In shooting. Officer Danger Ring. Dispatch "998 I repeat 998 (Deputy Involved In a shooting) At (Location Garbled and mixed by dispatch due to officer saftey), Any and all avalible Officers Please respond, Code 3 Incident, Status unknown" Officer 1 (Unkown if Call in was related to 998) "Yeah Im trying to talk to him now, I cannot understand him, I think he was shot in the face" Thats pretty much all I could pick up on the incident. UPDATE: Officer responded to a person sleeping in a car, When the officer made contact, The suspect woke up, Opend his shirt and pulled a gun on the officer, The officer shot and killed the suspect, No officers were hurt in the incident, The suspect was 18 and had 7 Warrents out for his arrest. http://www.myfoxphoe...622493-12312011 Mental Hospital Break out. Dispatch "We have a Mental hospital Break out, Suspect is a danger to him self and others, unkown for reason to be in MH, Last seen heading northbound (didnt get a location) Unkown Clothes due to suspect possibly taking clothes off" That ones was a bit fuzzy for me since I barley heard it. Officers Fight on air. I barley heard this one, I came back to my Computer and heard the officer greifing about the other one talking, This is what I heard. Officer 1 "Oh my god can some one please distract this guy....." Officer 2 "Says something then, Yeah cuz I worked on the day shift so that one was on you Bitch" Thats all I was able to hear, I was shocked at how un officer like it was to fight over the air like that, I hope the Cheif heard it too.... UPDATE: Could be non related, But, Its possible they were talking about a officer who pulled a gun on a sec. Prob Your GPU is uncapable of running those games with Decent settings, Turn your settings down.. If that doesent work, Buy a better GPU.

I know, Its quite Annoying, But whatya gonna do.... Those Car mods Im assuming are high poly car mods and must be killing your Video Ram, I suggest you take a few or all away and replace deafualt, Or simple turn Your GFX settings all the way down, But even then, Youll prob see some Texture popping.

He means in RC1 they programed in a limit, There is no way to set it to a certain varible in the .ini file due to the fatct they will not allow you to edit any of the values until the final version is out, Also, NicoaiB has RC2, Not sure if you can edit in that, But youd have to ask him that.

Sadly, Driving Like this has seized to exist here in U.S.A too.... Anymore PDs Cheifs are Freaking out when it comes to saftey, In my state, Some PDs arent even allowed to get into prusuits. Heres a couple of things to help you out: Speedometer should be simple, Just read the readme.txt thats included. 100% also is easy, Read the readme.txt! Real nypd cars? Look around on Gtapolicemods.com, Find the cars you want, then use the tut that I posted above. Also, What do you need to play the game? Nothing, If you installed it correctly you should be able to play it, But the mod is a diffrent story. Thats all I have to say about that.... EFLC has its one directory The installer that works for IV works perfectly fine for both games contained in EFLC (TBOGT and TLAD) Some mods are for EFLC only or EFLC requried version (such as Realistic flying n Driving due to the fact it edits the handeling lines for the new vehilces) And for your EDIT: Yes, Like I said. NO, Whoever told you that is completley wrong, there are a TON of mods out there for EFLC and still make the game run just as good if not better than IV. Well, Like I said above, Some mods have certain versions for EFLC for certain content, Some work just fine from IV to EFLC, Some dont work for whatever reason, Depends on the mod, However, LCPDFR works perfect on EFLC. While I enjoyed the video, Really I did, Im getting rather bored of the same concept of the same old same old, COPS interpitation into the World Of GTA IV, Its been done so many times, And they ALL usually do the same thing, Again I enjoyed it, Also as a side note, Having younger teens voice the officers made it felt a bit akward watching it, But again, good Video, Just some minor Constructive Critisicim. SIDE NOTE: When using a first person mod, I Suggest you use SNT to make the player invisible so you dont see the face of the player model, Also, the COPS intro (part where it was taken from the real show) You can find some where on youtube and download it rather than having to record it off your TV and having Bad quality.

You can disable the keys in game on the options page in the upper right hand corner, Should say something like: Keybindings = enabled, Hit that and change it to disabled, You can also do it in the .ini file to have it auto diabled when you get in game, But ive forgotten, If I remember ill post, JAM.

Also: Please read this first: http://www.lcpdfr.com/cops/forum/forum-20/announcement-5-need-support-read-this-first/ Now in "Missions" Im pretty sure your talking about "Callouts" Which is the correct therm, As far as them stopping after about 3 callouts, This is a known glitch, The devs have said that it will be fixed in the next version of LCPDFR (LCPDFR.95RC2), Till then, My suggestion would be to hit the follwoing keys: ALT + F11, This will Force a call out, And most of the time, Kick starts them back up again, Hope this helps, JAM.

The funny part is I did read the first sentance, it still means nothing.... As far as your other question, Its suggested that you put it in a new folder Called "RockstarGames" But not necasary, If you do not do this, you will have to point the installer twoards your game directory thats located in steam, (should be something like, Programfilesx86> Steam>Steamapps> Common> GrandtheftautoIV >GTAIV, and you just select that and the mod should install. Well, Obviousley, But when you install LCPDFR, It auto installs .NET, But yeah, WIth out LCPDFR/.NET,you get No consle commands.

Its a consle command, Not part of LCPDFR, Just part Of GTA IV. EDIT: How the? What the? F***, Idk how c13, But you beat me to it :(

............ Anywho, Im not sure where your Video settings are at, But if you can turn them down,I suggest doing that, If you have car mods, I suggest going back to stock, Lower ammounts of mods etc.. And obviously, As stated above, You should save up and buy a great gaming desktop, JAM.
