End of the road
Politics, EGO trippers, So called Modding "Gods" When they really just steal, This is why The GTA IV Modding community is dying a sad painfull death, Back in the day, We had mature, Well mannerd Modders to look up to, now we just have a bunch of 12 year old theives who couldn't edit a .ini if their lives depended on it, and yet their the "master of modeling", Its really a shame, That theese imature idiots were allowed to push people like You, Kevin, And people like yakadafi, out of such wonderous art of creating real life, into a finction, It really was art, Its again, A great shame, I don't expect it to be long before we see all the mature modders who actually WORKED for THEIR art to make it avalible (Without any conditions) To the people who mod their games, Kevin, Those who respected you're work, Will always respect you for your art, And will always enjoy it, Im sorry to hear that such stupidity has now created you to call one of your most favorite hobbies quits, I hope you enjoy your downtime however without having to worry about your art being stolen anymore, Thank you, For all your great mods and hard work, JAM. SIDE NOTE: Can we just stop this?, I mean really, For the sake of creativity and all that stands for good in this modding community, Can we just stop this Politics, and the theft?, I fear if we don't, we will never get people back like kevin and yakadafi, and that the modding commuinity will soon be dead.

Visible holstered taser ??
Hit ALT + T, It should place the Taser on your duty belt, If you STILL don't see it, The taser Might Have not Installed correctly. Also, Make sure you don't have a jacket over your player model, other wise, You won't be able to see it.

Do you have MP issues?
When it comes to online in GTA IV, Alot of issues insue, Horrible Servers, Make sure Your NAT is open, Crappy NET Coding etc, It just takes some time to fine tune everything so everyone can join and enjoy them selves, Im sure you'll get it figured out, Just tweak your game a bit, JAM.

Website + Downloads slow?
Yeah, Thats a Decent speed, You shouldn't have any issues, Unless as I sated above with the Downloads Server.
-
Website + Downloads slow?
What is your Download/Upload Speed? If you don't know, you can check here: www.speedtest.net I'll go ahead and download the same Mod off here, See if its slow for me as well. EDIT: You are correct, I would assume the Downloads are on a seperate server from the main site, and its stuck Waiting and Trasnfering data back and fourth, Strange, If I see Jay Around on TS I'll Let him know unelss he reads this topic by now.

weird thing in LCPDFR
As stated above, If your using TRAFFIC LOAD, Place in your MAIN DIRECTORY. If your using TRAFFIC FLOW, Simply Place in your SCRIPTS FOLDER, No, Do not place them in your LCPDFR Folder, Just your scripts...
-
weird thing in LCPDFR
Err, Im not really sure what aspect your speaking to, So I'll reply to both, He was speaking of where to place Traffic flow if im not mistaken, I don't think he was even attempting to use Traffic Load, When I stated throw the two files into it, I meant throw the two Traffic Flow Files into scripts due to him asking "lol probably. so anywhere in scripts? or a certain place?"
-
weird thing in LCPDFR
Nope, just throw the two files into it.
-
weird thing in LCPDFR
If your using Traffic Flow, Place it in scripts, Traffic LOAD goes into your main directory.

weird thing in LCPDFR
Using a Car mod In Police 1 or Police 2?, Patrolling with a Modded Police Car Etc? Also, You could just simply use a traffic mod like (My personal Favorite) Traffic Load: http://www.gta4-mods...afficload-f9780 Or something Like Traffic FLOW V5 R2: PS: Isint Really cause by LCPDFR, Most of the time (if you have any) This is caused by High Poly Car Mods, Which, The game loads, But due to all the high polys, The game Allocated memory gets taken up by a simple car, When this happens, The game engine freaks out, Thus spawning a shit ton of taxis, Nothin you can really do about it unless you either A. Remove the cars, or B. use a traffic mod.
