Try Increasing your Mouse Sensitivity.

Are you getting a message when you hit ALT + P? And also, If your getting a blury screen, Just hit P again.

Your hitting the wrong keys, Your hitting CTRL + P, which forces duty on, You need to hit ALT + P to start the script so you can go down to the station and go on duty.

MODERATOR NOTICE Wrong section, Should be in Gameplay/Misc Modifications, Moving... You might want to pick something like VIsual Basic up, And pick up the script hook package and start messing with the test scripts.
