Nah, GTA IV was meant to run on XP and VIsta, your RAM seems to be a bit low, Other than that, Youre diagnostics log doesen't really show anything that pops out, I'll keep looking into it.

Errr, Just because a computer is worth a certain ammount of money, doesen't make it "shit" Proof, I have a $2,500 computer and I still get texture popping, Anywho, Please post your system specs, and are you using any car mods? You can also try turning down your in game graphics.

It does, But im pretty sure its Multiplayer only, Could be wrong however.

Sorry, But LCPDFR Only supports users with more than 2 GB Of ram.
