As the ELS team, like the LSPDFR team, likes to keep their progress mostly secret so people don't get their hopes up unnecessarily, I think the most accurate answer there is to that question is 'somewhere between not started and finished'.

Get a trainer that supports model spawning by name (like this one: http://gtaforums.com/topic/796908-simple-trainer-for-gtav/ ), go to spawn model by name and enter the name of the ped you want to spawn.

Use a trainer to spawn the model, LSPDFR only has the default police models to choose from and there currently isn't a way to change that.

Sweet! Would it be possible to also add the CopHolster config bits for the peds? I'm having some issues working out what is connected to which part of the model.

Well, if there's one thing this topic (and all the previous ones on the same subject) makes clear, it's why nothing major has been done to prevent shootings like this.. Since people, both on here and in politics, do not agree with each other on what to do, no change is made, and stuff like this keeps happening and is likely to keep happening until someone comes up with a solution that pleases everyone involved. I doubt that will happen anytime soon though. Then again, who knows. Things can change in an instant.

Got in a chase with one other cruiser. Suspect then hits cow crossing road. Cow then bounces off 2nd cruiser which was driving in front of me, and lands right before my wheels. I then hit it and flipped, and both the suspect and other cruiser went on without any real damage.

Never underestimate Yard, he's done some great stuff before.

Open the .ini file, and search for "KeyBindingsDisabled". Then change 0 into 1 and you should be sorted.

I've got a Razer Deathadder, but I would imagine even the older model (which I have) is a bit too expensive. Same with the keyboard. Let's not forget how/when you presumably broke your mouse though:

LSPDFR does not actually use a name to refer to the player as far as I know, so it's probably another plugin, most likely one of Albo's as mentioned by Xplicit92.

Practically every trainer has hotkeys that will interfere. The good ones (like the one @Hystery linked) however will have an option to turn off those hotkeys. As for other keys, you can just rebind or sometimes disable them.

Still there for me on my phone:

Option 1: Click the "what's on your mind" text at the top of the recent status updates and then type something. Option 2: go to your profile and click the "what's on your mind" text, then type something.

You could take a look in the script mods showroom to see if someone is working on something, but as far as I know there currently isn't anything like it. Also, there's no : in LSPDFR (or LCPDFR for that matter).

As you said yourself, this is not something everyone would use (I know I wouldn't) so I doubt it'll make its way into LSPDFR itself, but I'm sure there are other plugin developers who can make something like this. I do agree, this would be quite nice for people who really want the hardcore RP experience.

Something with post count. There used to be a topic somewhere on this site that actually explains what amount of dots corresponds with what amount of posts but I can't find it anymore.

You used to be able to enter your account details in the LCPDFR installer and it would use that to display stuff about how many pursuits you had, how many citations you handed out, how many arrests you made and a bunch of other things I don't remember, but as Hystery said the account linking has been disabled, and with that also the statistics.
