From the album: Random Stuff
On February 11, 2012, a suspect ran from LCPD officers before crashing on the Algonquin-Dukes Expressway. The pursuit started at 11:30 near Star Junction before the suspect crossed the Colony Island Bridge. This pursuit crossed through two precints before the suspect crashed into a road sign. We have witnesses that tell us the suspect was seen robbing a convenience store, but when officers arrived, he opened fire on them. We will be continuing to publish more details as they come out. -
Do you want the reflection of the lights to change or the actual lights to change? There are different files to change for each one.

What I liked about SA was the wide-openness. It just feels too compact in LC. Just imagine the pursuits on the highways if a version of LCPD:FR is made for it.

They are in the EFLCPCCDIMAGES folder inside the main directory(may not be exact because I don't have EFLC in my game).

Overview: St. Louis Police Vehicle Pack 16 different skins optimized for the tahoe, charger, 05 impala, and cvpi as well as emerglights textures edited by c13 to make the cars the most realistic.

If its not working for you, you could just use a trainer. Look for Simple Native Trainer, or you could use the InGame Trainer.

Do you have the scripthook from LCPDFR in? It should work with the scripthook installed.

No, but I've made people have those symptoms in MW3.

Things I can think of off the top of my head: AI using it A way to edit positions in game, kinda like on some of the speedometer mods where you ALT+TAB, edit and save the notepad file. Multiple patterns again A way to lock certain patterns onto a model (police uses one light mode, police2 uses another light mode) Changeable colors

Not unless it's scripted by the devs or if you spawn them as a bodygaurd with SNT and make them use it. But there are some patrol officers on foot near subways and police buildings that have m4s on them.

There are plenty of online roleplay groups that use LCPD:FR,but there is nothing endorsed by this site.
