Also I have one more question since I am pretty new to modding cars;

I remember back on SA-MP if you had a cop car without a light bar on top and tried to replace a stock police car in SA there would be ghost lights on top, is this the same situation? Thanks!

I think it's police3 and police4 though I'm not sure.

And for question two the answer is no, the ghost lights are not present.

They are in the EFLCPCCDIMAGES folder inside the main directory(may not be exact because I don't have EFLC in my game).

TBoGT police vehicles are located here: C:Program FilesRockstar GamesEFLCTBoGTPCmodelscdimages

Then you would open up vehicles.img

The vehicle names are Police3, Police4, and Policeb.

I don't remember, not at my computer at the moment. But work your way there, I'm sure you can figure it out.
