I have used the search feature and found a few topics on vehicle handling but nothing that was able to benefit me. I recently installed a slick top crown vic and a slick top dodge charger to my noose and polpatriot slots. They obviously have different handling than my police 1 and 2 crown vic and charger. I want to make the noose and polpatriot drive and feel the exact same way my police 1 and 2 drive.

Do i have to edit the vehicle or handling file in common/data or what?

Visit me on youtube. The most common reason for crashing is user error. Make sure you have the latest RAGE, ScripthookV, ScripthookVdotnet and turn off your antivirus. Make sure you have an up to date gameconfig.xml as well. Use Allbo's plugin troubleshooter to find any errors too.

    I don't know where to put them exactly, but I know the place for it....From what I know, I'm pretty sure you edit it through SparkIV....I just don't know where. You can find some info on that by Youtube or Google...and then you may have to add another feature which c13 posted the Handling file and put it in to your Directory.....I don't know where to put them exactly, but I know the place for it....

    First off make a backup of your handling.dat file (it's a good idea to backup any original files you replace no matter what the mod). Then follow this tutorial and use the settings c13 posted above which are from Sgt.Kanyo:
