There are some simple ones, but you might want to look at Lt. Caine's on GPM or Yakadafi's channel on youtube. Bxbugs also has some simple cars, and it's not that hard to export textures and import them back in on another model

Fast ropes aren't possible within GTA IV unless new animations are created. Also, there wouldn't be a point in responding in a heli because only 3 people could exit out of it, 2 if you want to be realistic and not have a SWAT guy in the co-pilot seat. I also know in a much older version, hostage situations were included on the streets, but you would have to ask Sam about that.

Officers respond in the models police and police2, with Noose responding in the Nstockade, noose cruiser, fbi, and polpatriot. If you replace one of those cars with modded cars, AI will respond in the car you installed because the original model was replaced.

But this adds a car with all the required files to make it function as a police vehicle. This does work because I have done it before.

Are you using .91? This is a known issue with ELS and .91 noose backup.

I hate to be technical, but shouldn't this be a whelen edge? Freedoms have LED's while Edge's have strobes. Still going to use the CVPI though.

Whenever I try to sign into a GFWL game, I get this error message that crashes my window, and I have to hit ctrl+alt+dlt to close out of it: "0x800705b4 error" This only started happening today, and I haven't changed anything between late last night and this morning. I've searched all over Windows support, getting topics where people are told to look somewhere else for this. Any help on this would be appreciated. At the least I can still play GTA 4 with xliveless.

Yeah, type ppm into the police computer for a riot mode. But don't use hardcore mode unless you want to die near instantly.

The devs are talented at scripting, but way more goes into creating a videogame. They would need to learn modeling, animating, and sound creating. That is too much for a small team like them to learn to create a whole game.
