Russia and China are allied, and they are trying to get Pakistan and India to join the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. They would be willing to set their differences aside if WW3 would break out so they could have a strong defense in their area.

Iran has as many weapons as Iraq had in 2002. Their officials are denying the development of one, and if they were, they are not dumb enough to launch one when their neighbor and enemy Israel has over 300 nuclear missiles. If they were developing one, they would be doing it for protection, because the US has over 54 major bases surrounding Iran and it has invaded 2 countries nearby. About WW3, it is suicide to try to start one. One major player that is being ignored in the discussion of this is Russia. It has the second most nuclear weapons and is allied with Iran, China, India and Pakistan, 3 of those being nuclear powers. Russia is not afraid to start a nuclear war, as evidenced when NATO troops started slaughtering Russian troops in Georgia in 2008. Russia kept a level head and raised their nukes, politely telling the military to F off. WW3 would be the end of the world because of the massive amount of nuclear weapons that would be used. On Al-Qaeda, its not Iran that supports them. It is us. We put Al-Qaeda in charge in Libya, Egypt, and our government is admitting to support supporting them in Syria and Iran(more self defense by Iranians). This is why Russia deployed 2,000 Spetznaz to Syria and why we will not and should not intervene.

So if our country was invaded, it would be okay for us to fight back, but not for people in the middle east when we invade their countries? This is the reason why Al-Qaeda was formed, not to plot death to people who think they are free. 9/11 was used as an excuse to spy on Americans and to invade countries for natural resources. The Taliban are not terrorists, they are people fighting back against a foreign occupation. If Russia or China would invade America because terrorists lived here, we would be fighting back also. The word terrorist could easily be applied to our government, who has killed hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians in Iraq and Afghanistan. Also, did you know that upon freeing "oppressed" people in Egypt and Libya, Al-Qaeda governments were put in charge, Sharia law was put into effect, 40,000 people have died in our airstrikes, and now there are mass genocides against Black people in Libya? In Iran, there is no proof they are developing a nuclear weapon (remember how it was screamed at us that Iraq had nuclear weapons in 2002?). If they were, they would be doing it for protection because their neighbor Israel has at least 300 nuclear weapons and the US has over 50 major bases surrounding Iran. Besides that, we are supporting radical Islamist s in Iran against their government, and we are blowing up labs, killing generals, and killing scientists there. If China or Russia was doing that to us and we had no nuclear weapons, we would try to develop one too. Check the noose player models, if they are modified besides textures, this may cause it. Also, the major causer of crashes is ELS enabled cars. An 06 Chevy tahoe supervisor unit or one of their 06 SWAT Tahoes would be epic, and we haven't seen any of them in GTA IV. There are more than enough, but not with the same light setup as your Impala. One of the only reasons why I don't use LAPD units anymore is because its not realistic for the cars to respond with no rear TA flashing. Also, a proper slicktop cvpi would be awesome, with the same light setup as Bug's UC car but with a honeycomb grill and spotlights. An older slicktopwith only the steady burn red light at front would be epic also.

Isn't this the fifth Impala Conversion? Nothing against you, but I wish the IV modding community could just stick to one Impala, because it's annoying having to convert skins with each new impala released. But once you do release it, can you put an ELS-H MX7000 on it?
