If you used configuration files for cars that you had when running ELS V7, then each file needs to be changed to work with ELS V8. But I'm not sure if this will fix your issue of locked vehicles. MODERATOR NOTICE Moved to GTA 4 Support

Unfortunately, what I previously said was all I had to do, and I do not know how to fix your issue.

Open up the default_config included with V8, and then your configurations for each car. You'll then need to locate and change the differences in wording/placement line by line.

Be sure to go to the ELS folder and open the slot control file. Then enable the models there. You will also need to update each configuration file to work with v8.

It was removed because there wasn't a proper animation for it. The only animation for a pump action shotgun (which almost all police beanbag guns are) had pellets coming out of the barrel, defeating the realism of it.

Because as far as I know, it's impossible to edit the animations for GTA 4.

I feel like the unmarked/slicktop Tahoes should have more lights in front. Even if it's just another whelen dual talon above the rear view mirror. Besides that, I'll definitely use the cars in this pack.

That's extremely unrealistic, considering that mass shootings in the US rarely have more than one shooter, and as far as I know, have had no more than two shooters. Other incidents that would be an exception would be terrorist attacks, like the mall shooting in Kenya.
