Guess I'm a 47 year old immature, absurd fart then. Two of my most favorite anime are Ghost in the shell and the movie ( Kaze no Tani no Naushika) Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind. While I don't really care for any others there are many things I find rather corny but other people enjoy. One of the great things about humans is the differences we all have, makes life a little more interesting. If we were all mirrors of each other there would really be no reason to even talk with another person. Enjoyment comes in many forms but it seems to me that the OP gets enjoyment out of getting others riled up ( just an observation from the posts I noticed but I could be wrong). To me that's sad but it's still different. Don't take life so serious and you'll enjoy it much more. There is another show that I watch which is Korean and I find it highly entertaining. The show is called Running Man and I use to watch it on justin.tv ( which is now gone ).and before that it was another Korean show called Family Outing. Most people that I've shown it to don't care for them and think they're senseless but I honestly can't stand American shows. Another show I like to watch is BBC Top Gear. I hate cars and don't even own one anymore but I love how the hosts entertain and also appreciate the cinematography. I love dance and watch YAKfilms on Youtube, not only for the dance but also for the cinematography. To me it's actually sad to see people be so closed minded, they don't know what they could be missing.

Looks like Explorer.exe either didn't fire up or is possibly corrupt in some way. If it's running, you can check in the task manager under processes, then highlight it and click the end process button at the bottom, if it's not then just do the next part. Now click on File at the top, choose New Task ( Run ) and type in explorer.exe. Hopefully it will fire up Explorer and you'll have everything back. You still have an issue, I would suggest going back to a previous restore point and see if it persists. If so a repair or reinstall of the OS may be needed.

To be honest I wish I knew about the vodka trick many years before because it works wonders. I'm 47 years old and spent many weekends in the woods camping in the winter in below zero weather. I did this because I found it fun and challenging. Many times I never took a tent and made my own temporary shelters and with it being so cold out you need to sleep as close to the fire without becoming part of it. During those years after my adventures I would hang up my clothing outside to "air" out and later wash them. Once I found out about vodka's ability to neutralize the odor I never went back to the old way. You asked for help and I thought I would suggest a perfect solution from my own experience. Many of the things people suggest is not a way to neutralize the odor but to cover it up with another. I would also use this when I went out to the bar with my friends and you get that horrible cigarette smell in your clothes that's enough to gag a maggot. Take it or leave it, it's up to you. Seriously?! You don't put it in a washing machine, use a spray bottle and spray it on the fabric.

Grand Theft Auto IV/GTAIV/common/data and look for the file named handling.dat. Remember to make a backup copy before you mess with it.

I'm so sorry I never replied to your comment until this late. I had a heart attack back in February and lost my job because of my health condition in September so life has been pretty tough to say the least, lol. But I wanted to stop in here and say thank you for your compliment it really cheers me up when I see I can help others. I still feel it could have been much shorter and to the point but settled with this to get it out quicker. I almost forgot I posted this here because most of my questions/comments come from my Youtube channel but it was telling me some were linked comments which I still don't know where from lol. I believe that Coffeeist thought there may have been the possibility that some mods from GTA IV being used without permission, specifically the police cars. I'll admit that I even thought about starting a thread to notify people here because I thought that some of those cars looked familiar. Also if you do go further in you will come to find out that Bohemia did take some action but now it is up to the mod creators to do their part. Bohemia did all they legally could at the moment unless more proof is given to help Now don't get me wrong there is alot of tard going on in that thread but it is interesting. It's especially interesting for a mod creator of any game. People may be quick to blow this off because it is happening in a different game but it's possible the outcome there is helpful for modders in all games. I've been keeping my eye on it since the start and no the start is not that thread. So if one can get past the tard, like I said it's strong in that thread, then this becomes an extremely curious discussion/topic, minus the lynch mob/witch hunt.
