EUP has never been included. You mean FEJ, FullExpandedJurisdiction, which is in the AlternativeConfigs folder. EUP Law & Order plus EUP Serve & Rescue need to be installed separately and first before FEJ. As for the map, one of the devs said that it is no longer being worked on. It may work but it is not complete so there really is no reason to make configs for something not complete.

I imagine they were removed due to no one working on that map anymore.

If you join the discord there is a Nightly Build currently available. Nightly Builds come out before official releases in order to test new features and it's only available there.

Use OpenIV to install the greskfullmoderntraffic.oiv and copy the xml's into the main LSR folder. If you would like to remove the vanilla gangs from the game then install the greskfullmoderntraffic_novanillagang_addon.oiv, using OpenIV, after installing the first one. If not don't worry about it. Plus this mod does not touch the vanilla save files as it has it's very own save system. Now go clean that dogshit up cause you're getting it on the carpet

It's an issue with the game thinking the headlights need to be on at a specific hour when it's not. You can either disable the non-roadworthy crime or adjust what it affects in the Settings.xml. I don't know of any other mod other than ELS. Keep in mind if you're going to use ELS there will be a lot of work involved. You will need to replace every single emergency vehicle in the mod with one that uses ELS. My opinion, not worth the effort for the amount of work involved to get pretty lights.

LCPP in not incompatible, if so then why would there be configs for it. No the issue you're having is not normal. Now I don't use LCPP so I can't really help you on this. There are people in the discord that do use LCPP and that can help.

Take a look at this video. Now it's over a year old and it's when I was just discovering LSR so some of it is out of date and/or incorrect. Even though, you should get an idea on how to make a character. You're not doing anything wrong. This issue is a known RagePluginHook issue and not an LSR issue.

For the simplistic version, yes just drag N drop. If you are using any AlternativeConfigs then there may be more. I will let you know that NVE is an issue even though some claim to have none. Trainers can also be an issue especially Menyoo. Car replacement/addons can be an issue, one which I've experienced first hand. If you would like better assistance please join the discord and provide the RagePluginHook.log in the #help channel. It's a ton easier to help in there rather than here.

Because you messed something up.

Yes you can use all of them at once. You will notice a +_ for some of the xmls, this is a new feature it's called "stackables" or "additions". Think of it like a dlc for a game. Whenever you see an xml with the +_ in it's name use that one. This allows for those xmls to be added into the configuration of the mod without overwriting the default xmls. So basically it "stacks" or "adds" on to the default. Here I'll take a screen shot of my setup for LSR showing many of those types of xmls. Now many of these are made by me ( the ones with a PG in the name and some that I don't have a PG in it ) and some are even available on the discord in the User Config section.

If you can code it and have it work properly with custom configurations ( such as user made gangs ) then feel free to do so. This is open source on Github and anyone is welcome to do pull requests with functional features. Something like this will affect the GangTerritories.xml, Locations.xml (GangDens and/or BlankLocations and/or GamblingDens). This is just off the top of my head as there may be others. If you can code it I'm sure others would appreciate it. So your question as to "Why isn't there a region takeover?". Is it involves quite a bit of coding. Your "it would be nice if there was a war to take it" becomes "it would be nice for someone to code it". One major note that has not been mentioned. Version 446 uses things from the last GTAV dlc update for FMT, not sure about FEJ. This means that you need your mods folder to have been created using that last update. A new fresh clean mods folder built from that last update is required. Line 18907 is fine for me and that is the default ShopMenus.xml in the screen shot

This is a known issue and should be fixed in the next update. If you join the discord I have made several businesses that can be purchased by the player. They are in the "User Configs" channel along with more configs made by other users. I'm also working on another configuration for "legal jobs" by using what systems are in the mod. Here I'll post a quick video of what I'm doing. I've already expanded on this so it's not up do date on my current work.

I want to make sure I'm clear on what you mean. Do you mean by "activities" the interaction points such as smoking, watching TV and all that? Those would be disabled as LSR has it's own "activities" or interaction points in an interior. If you wanted to partake in any drug related "activities" you would then need the items in your inventory. Once you have them you would then use the Action Wheel to use those items. To use those items you can be anywhere not just in your residence.
