It's the improved gta iv cop with an LVPD texture. Also when can we expect the release of the GTA V peds? Also more importantly, what clothes variations do they come with? For example does the SAHP ped have a coat or something like that, and I'm hoping for short sleeves.

Yeah it's a really nice way to make it like that. I used a halogen rotator and led lights like that on my NYPD police cars with the FS Vision SL. White lights rotating, while the middle pod, and the 2 center pods flash when extra1 and extra2 gets enabled. As for the 2nd video, if it's a scam, he made it like, opening the doors in zmodeler and enabling els; or he's not using els at all, but a script that either uses sprites to imitate lights; or he wrote a script that makes the indicators flash like that (2 flash on left, 2 flash on right). This way the doors would even work properly.

To get the halogen effect, you can set up your car like: extra1 - very bright left wig-wag fully off right wig-wag extra2 - medium bright left wig-wag dim right wig-wag extra3 - dim left wig-wag medium right wig-wag extra4 - fully off left wig-wag very bright right wig-wag Now set your els to E-01C (1-2-3-4-3-2-1 etc.) You can change the brightness of your lights by going to vertices ->paint ->color and giving it a darker grey color every time you want it to be less bright, or by creating textures for all 3 brightness To use leds with the halogen set up, either use extra5 and extra6 on wig-wag (or in newer els versions, you can set the pattern to even flashing ones) or you can put the leds on extra1 and extra 3, this way they'll flash very fast acting like strobes. Best thing about this? You can make this with els v5 as well. This ain't rocket science.

Original IV handlings have barely any suspension lol. You can see the cars have insane amount of bodyroll. I'm afraid it's gonna be a model problem, which is unfixable with a handling line.

Oh the bouncing bug? I'm afraid that's going to be a model problem. When you export the vehicle with a different name then the wft dummy, you get that artifact. Does that bouncing happen with other handlings too? If it does, then I'm 100% sure it's the model's fault.

I truly hope this works out guys. I totally forgot about the female cops. It'd be nice to have them as well.

I'm pretty sure if they can rip main characters, they can rip ped models. Most rippers get every single thing on the screen into a 3d model, where then you have to seperate them. I don't see why we couldn't convert peds, if we can convert weapons, maps, cars, main characters.

So we've seen great converts from other games, I wonder why hasn't anyone converted the SAHP and LSPD cops yet? They'd make a really great mod, I'm sure. I'd love to use them as CHP and LAPD peds.

I think I can, but I have no idea about that model. I don't really follow up on european mods. Make sure the car isn't a private or anything like that, because I don't make handlings for cars like that.
