Great idea.  It is, after all, the best name in the world, and the fact it can be used for people of both genders is just one of many reasons why.

 

It looks excellent. 

 

I like to say sam, the female officer's hair need to have a tail to the back of her hair, instead of long hair.

 

It comes with two different hair variants.  You can see the other in the topic I linked to if you go through the pages.

Looks nice, but isn't that a GTA IV ped's head? I'd really like to see the female LSSD cop's head with LSPD clothing since original LSPD female cops look like aliens from a different dimension.

It is.  The hair in GTA V makes use of the game engine I think (like Max Payne 3).  It doesn't look very good as a normal mesh like GTA IV's.  Also, there's no way that I'm spending days rigging the fingers and facial features.
