    Yeah it's the same ENB, but I do like this enb lens flare effect. Whenever I see an emergency vehicle with their lights up at night they always blind me, so I kind of went for that effect. Btw I based the pictures on this video:

    Alright so the latest problem I keep having mostly in GTA IV is that when I pull over a suspect, sometimes they pull over for a second, stop their engine, then turn it back on and keep driving away like nothing happened. I do believe this is a bug, since I tried to pull over 1 suspect like 3 times after each other, and this kept happening. Also if I exit my car, it'll spawn 2 yellow markers where the car was parked, which I can interact with as well, even though the car has left the scene. I'm also experiencing very same issues with arrests and stopping people, once again mostly in IV, but I had it in EFLC as well. You target the suspect, tell her to stop, or even arrest her, you get this thing saying walk up behind the suspect to cuff her, but she just keeps walking away with her hands up, and if you do happen to get behind her, your character will start walking all by itself trying to catch up to her in only walking mode, and well when the suspect trys running, you are still just walking towards her. Not sure if this is related to multiple arrests, but when I stopped a 2nd person she started to run away, so I tazed her and when I finally went back behind her to cuff her, my game crashed.     Not a fan of not real cars, but indeed an lcpd version of that would be pretty nice. It'd go well with the vanilla IV cars.
