Vsync will lock the frame rate to what you monitor is displaying at maximum, which will prevent flickering on the screen, and makes a more clean, and even appearance. If I remember correctly, it will also prevent objects from being split unevenly.

Their new shitboost Ecoboost engine is getting put in most of their new vehicles, and I've even heard they might put it in the next-gen Mustang.

What was the last change you made to the game before it started acting up?

Open up trainer, go to Options, and at the end of page one, there's an option that says 'Disable Keys'.

Try using xliveless instead of dsound.dll.

Have you tried reinstalling LCPDFR? LCPDFR files are in the 'Scripts' folder?

Any other mods installed? Car mods are okay, but other script mods, for example, a zombie script mod, may get in the way. Make sure LCPDFR is installed on a clean copy of the game.

Use the left ALT, not the right ALT. So it's left ALT + P. After you do that, press only 'p' again to get rid of the blurr.
