Join me to give @Albo1125 a Big Thanks, if you appreciate his effort.
Topic moved to Grand Theft Auto V section. It's good to see appreciation for mod developers, considering that they all do their work voluntarily and ask for nothing in return.

2017 Ford Police Lineup
Another recall. http://www.roadandtrack.com/new-cars/news/a30527/ford-recalls-basically-every-cop-car-it-built-in-the-past-few-years/ What a joke. They really need to get their sh*t together.

What do yall think gtx1090 ti or?
It's definitely overpriced, just like the Titan X I bought a little over a year ago. Not to say these aren't good cards, since I believe they are good quality. You get what you pay for. I usually try to wait at least 2-3 years before upgrading my GPU, since I usually don't get a very high sell price for my old cards.

Recent FPS drop when playing LSPDFR
I can't wait for the day R* stops releasing GTA Online DLC and abandons the game. That being said, I've also noticed performance drops.

The Mind-Boggling Classic Cop Car Thread
Why is there a Crown Vic in there? It's not old enough yet.

The "FUZZ" side activity is as close as you're going to get.

Most WANTED missions
The LCPDFR mod is officially no longer in development, but that doesn't mean someone can't make a plugin that could do something similar to that...

Isn't it the same platform/frame?

2017 Ford Police Lineup
CVPI's have low quality interiors, but I don't think you can argue against their simplicity and longevity. The Explorers probably aren't the same in terms of durability. Only time will tell.

2017 Ford Police Lineup
They already did... it's called the Chevrolet Caprice PPV. In fact, the SS is pretty much the same car except it's geared more towards performance and luxury. The Caprice PPV was materialized far before the SS btw.

2017 Ford Police Lineup
Yep, I agree. The only thing is EPA and their CAFE regulations are getting tighter and tighter, and I think Ford is giving themselves an advantage by phasing out the V8 engine sooner than its competitors (unlike Fiat Chrysler, which still heavily relies on V8 engines in many of their vehicles). By giving more vehicles 4 cylinder and 6 cylinder engines, they raise their entire fleet fuel economy average, thus earning EPA credits. Therefore, allowing them to keep the big inefficient V8's we all know and love in a few select vehicles (Mustang, F-150, and Super Duty trucks). Fiat Chrysler, on the other hand, is having to buy these EPA credits rather than earning them, since their fleet fuel economy is lower in comparison to Ford. It's not the best thing for a company, and investors certainly don't like it.

2017 Ford Police Lineup
365 HP is an awful lot to ask out of six cylinders, which is why I'm concerned about its longevity. Additionally, it's been found that the 5.4 L V8 that it "replaced" actually gets better fuel economy while towing, since it doesn't have to work as hard.

2017 Ford Police Lineup
Ford lost the CHP contract, they're switching over to Chargers. I wonder why? http://www.wheels.ca/news/chp-orders-chargers/ http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/california-highway-patrol-orders-dodge-charger-pursuit-police-sedans-for-its-statewide-fleet-300301292.html Additionally, other California agencies will be able to "piggy back" the contract and be able to buy their own Chargers with the same specifications and price as the CHP. I wonder if the LAPD or LASD are going to do that...

2017 Ford Police Lineup
According to Ford, the Taurus and the Explorer have the best performance, even against their V8 competitors (in terms of 0-60, and 0-100 runs.) Numbers don't lie. Additionally, there must be some reason they still control 60% of the police market. Otherwise, I agree. I wish there was a more suitable Crown Victoria replacement (V8, RWD sedan).

A Law Enforcement Career
If you really want to be a police officer, go to Baltimore. They're short of 200 officers right now, and 200+ more will be retiring/leaving in the next year. So there's 400 slots to fill. The police captain came to my school a month ago to recruit. I live in CT. The fact he came this far to recruit shows how desperate they are. What he told us is basically, " if you're a good person, have a clean record, and can pass the minimum physical entry test" (something outrageously easy, like 20 push-ups, mile and a half run in 15 minutes or less), "we WILL hire you." They actually just hired one man in his 50's, and they hired one man from Puerto Rico that doesn't even have a green card yet. Do I agree with their selection process? No, I think this is why we're getting so many bad apples in policing. But is it good for people like you and me that want to be police officers? Absolutely. And once you work there for about 4-5 years, you can transfer to a nice town if you want if you go applying again. Most other police departments will recognize Baltimore's police academy, especially in the state of Maryland. Otherwise you may have to enter a "shortened" version of a police academy if another department hires you. Though you still have an edge over other applicants that aren't already police officers. This is all information I received from the orientation. I am also 19. I'm attending college, and plan on getting into L.E. in a few years. As Unr3al said, most departments prefer people in their late 20s but that doesn't mean they wont hire you at 21 or 22.

[DEV] 2011 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor (CVPI)
If Murphy and I can improve the headrests a bit more (trying to recreate the 2011 headrests), along a few other minor things, expect a minor update.

The Xbox 360 has been discontinued?
Yeah, it was probably one of the most mass produced consoles ever. I'm confident in saying that there's millions of them.
