There's no need to pay for mods, or post your email for that matter. People will likely do it for free.

No problem. That was always my favorite activity in the game.

It may be dependent on the amount of RAM you have, or video RAM. That would be my guess, though I haven't experienced this myself.

I believe Cyan confirmed this is a known issue, in regards to performance drops. It's due to R* adding more and more anti-cheating methods in each update, causing significant impacts to performance when using script mods, like LSPDFR.

That was a mistake on my part, sorry. I've moved it to the correct location. Also, I searched, but I wasn't able to find anything. Someone may be willing to create something like that for you. I don't see why it would be too difficult or time consuming to make.
