It's supposed to be right next to the time stamp, strange. My guess is it's something relating to the Testing Group permissions, I can't confirm this myself however. No more reports for us Moderators, oh well. I'm buying a plane ticket to Miami.

In regards to your issue, this is extremely common and has been an issue more often than not since the game's release. I usually just select "play offline" instead.

This song reminds me of one school morning last May. I slept in too late, and was running late to school on exam day and class had already started as I was driving there (this song was playing on the radio). Oh, and the beautiful dirty-blonde haired girl that flirted with me as I was running into the school. Keep the songs coming guys!

I'm assuming that this is the Steam version of GTA V, correct? This sounds like an issue relating to Steam rather than the game itself.
