  1. x64a.rpf/data As I said, they only exist as ymt files, which are still unable to be viewed or edited at this time.
  2. Well, the texture can, and probably has been, changed easily enough, but it would take the ability to edit pedvariations or a similar file, and those aren't cracked open for viewing or editing yet.
  3. vehiclevariations or carcols, but for the base game vehicles, those files are still encrypted.
  4. Can't change just the siren, it's all sounds at once.
  5. Still has the Highway Patrol badge on. Otherwise, great work! Would an LSPD counterpart be possible?
  6. Ah, come on. All it needs is a remap so it can have a proper LSPD livery like the others.
  7. A lot of vehicles have been updated in the patchday update DLCs under the "update\x64\dlcpacks" folder. The latest patch files will supersede any earlier patches and the base game files themselves.
  8. AFAIK, police boats won't spawn on the lake or on the river. The ocean counts as "Countryside" though, so if, like me, you install an additional Coast Guard Predator, you can keep the LSPD boats near the city.
  9. 1. The bike only holds one officer, so they tend to spawn much more as officers die or despawn. 2. Yeah, sometimes the dispatch system gets screwed up and doesn't like to work. I've had plenty of times where I ended up redoing my whole file because something like that messed it up. It's never the same car or ped causing it either; I've had issues with fbi, police4, fbisec, and added marshal peds, but they work in some situations just fine.
  10. It really would be nice. Maybe an API plugin is possible.
  11. As above, you'll have to verify your game files and return them to original state if you want them back. After that, the best idea is to create a mods folder. copy the archives that you're going to be dealing with, and use those and leave the original files alone. As long as you install the OpenIV.asi mod, the game will load the files under the mods folder instead of the base game.
  12. What type of files and where did you install them? If you installed them in the original rpfs, those entries will be superseded by any new versions in daypatch files under the update folder.
  13. That Q2B still suffers from a bad loop, but very nice otherwise!.
  14. Completely ignorant guess, but I assume the backup function will supersede your defined location and send them to the players location like it would otherwise.
  15. update/update,rpf/common/data/handling.meta That should be the path, so I'm not sure what's going on.
  16. I believe they gave the fibsec guys a voice in the heist peds.meta, and vehicles.meta is changed so army vehicles are flagged as Law Enforcement so they spawn correctly using Duspatch..
  17. There's a file called something like vehiclemodelsets with Police sections and you can change or add vehicles to them. As for different zone types than Army Base or Countryside, we'd have to have access to the list of zones in the game and I don't think those have been uncovered yet,
  18. If you didn't do that on purpose, that's hilariously ironic. When I posted that comment, the site was having issues loading, thus that.
  19. Ragehook would have done that before, it just wouldn't auto-complete the model name; you had to type it all in manually. Now it reads ALL model files present in your game and will auto-complete them.
  20. Having the base peds file in an editable form would be nice, but even the Xbox file wasn't cracked open. Having the base peds file in an editable form would be nice, but even the Xbox file wasn't cracked open.
  21. Just add an entirely new group, and then add it to the popcycle lines. The game may have hidden issues with doing certain things, so it's kind of a crap shoot whether something will work you intend it to.
  22. I can't access the RageHook forums as I just get long load times and then a forum error, so it's been frustrating and I haven't even bothered with RageHook until now, and I'd seriously like to know why this hasn't been fixed yet.
  23. It's called a trainer. It's easy to spawn new weapons with one of those, or even just picking them up from dead suspects.
  24. The loadouts file only determines what certain NPCs spawned by the game are given for weapons; LSPDFR is a completely separate system (though the NPCs it spawns may be affected by the loadouts file).
  25. Anything in the original files that came with the game will be overwritten by the same entries in the Update folder. So if any one of the patchday "dlc" packs contains new entries for a vehicle, that will be what the game loads, and in that case it will be the latest patchday files.
