  1. GTA5 coming to PC? //boards the Nope train to FuckThatVille context:
  2. Mine took literally all of 37 seconds.
  3. Would it be possible to have it play a different, second sound when the door's open AND the headlights are on? Most modern vehicles' general warning chime will chime faster if the lights are on when the key's removed and the door's open. I also might make a mod of the sound for different vehicles, most post-'10 Fords use a 3-tone jingle as its general warning chime.
  4. I'm registered, shoot me a PM for the details (I trust you not to give my username a bad image)
  5. Close SparkIV. That's always fixed it for me.
  6. EvilJackCarver posted a gallery image in GTA IV Galleries
  7. EvilJackCarver commented on propel's gallery image in GTA IV Galleries
  8. Yelp's done and tested. Correct for the wail, I'll see what I can pull out my hat though. Probably lint, but who knows? Edit: Yep, nothing but lint. I can send the yelp tone if you want, but wail's too short for me to do anything with.
  9. Sounds like there's only wail and yelp in that sound effect video you linked. I might be able to do it but it'll be bit difficult to make 4 siren tones plus airhorn with it.
  10. Yes, it's possible; by default it's Ctrl-M. If that doesn't work I believe >this flowchart still applies to ELS8 with some minor differences.
  11. You'd be better off asking this in the GTA4 general support subforum, as ELS and LCPD:FR are not one and the same. You can find the setting to disable it in your ELS config.
  12. Java wonders why I never update it. Either way, if it happens I can (fairly easily) jump over to the other OS I have on this computer and figure out what to do from there. If nothing else, brick the OS and start anew.
  13. I believe that's the intended function (albeit annoying) Your lightbar is improperly mapped.
  14. I'm assuming judging by the logo change in the top left that C's the coffee key?
  15. Disable the ones you don't want rendered in the VCF. [ ENV_LIGHT_ACTIVE ] Extra_1 = on Extra_2 = on Extra_3 = on Extra_4 = on Extra_5 = off Extra_6 = off Extra_7 = on Extra_8 = on Extra_9 = onSet the ones you don't want rendered to off.
  16. Generic Logitech keyboard (K120) with a Razer DeathAdder mouse (it was the lowest-end wired mouse WalMart had that day) on an Insignia 720P LCD-TV. Full specs:
  17. I pastebinned my config a while ago, I'll see if I can't dig it up. Edit: http://pastebin.com/uHuh7Q6Q
  18. "Battlefield 3 available free..." YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY-- "...on Origin." Yeah, no, I've got enough DRMware on my computer as it is. Edit: And yesterday someone tried to tell me I'd be missing out. 19. Yes, but why would you need to install drivers which would take up hard disk space to free hard disk space? It makes no sense, and it's nothing a careful shift-delete won't fix.
  20. Go for a timecyc then. Like I said, they're like ENBs but less resource-intensive. Also - "free hard disk space drivers"? Mind telling me what you used to get that so I can make it a point to stay the hell away from it?
