Sounds like there's only wail and yelp in that sound effect video you linked. I might be able to do it but it'll be bit difficult to make 4 siren tones plus airhorn with it.

You'd be better off asking this in the GTA4 general support subforum, as ELS and LCPD:FR are not one and the same. You can find the setting to disable it in your ELS config.

Yes, but why would you need to install drivers which would take up hard disk space to free hard disk space? It makes no sense, and it's nothing a careful shift-delete won't fix.

Go for a timecyc then. Like I said, they're like ENBs but less resource-intensive. Also - "free hard disk space drivers"? Mind telling me what you used to get that so I can make it a point to stay the hell away from it?
