That actually isn't possible without external scripts (trainers, etc.) Timecycle modifications are similar to ENBs but they only alter 2 files (typically) - the timecyc.dat and visualsettings.dat files.

Might consider a timecycle mod then.

You can't - not with vanilla LCPDFR, not with PoliceHelper.

You'll have to be a bit more specific than that. What are you doing to try to get the police cruiser lights on? Are you running a mod that interferes/augments lighting, such as ELS?

No, he's referring to the quick-action menu. Command-line parameters have nothing to do with this.

You can disable slots which do not have an ELS vehicle in them in the _SLOTCONTROL.INI file. Doing so effectively tells ELS "hey, don't even try to work with this vehicle because it won't work".

Near the bottom of the .INI, set it to NONE as such: ShowQuickActionMenu=None ShowQuickActionMenuModifierKey=None

I couldn't find a video of them, so I made one. Please note that the headlights and taillights share the same lighting patterns.
