  1. I'd love to see some of those classic American cars over here, I don't think they'll take off in a major way though - they simply won't fit on our roads!

  4. Building a PC is much more simple than people make it out to be; however, it's not easy. I would say it would be best to go with a mediocre pre-built and then add components later on down the line once you've got an idea of PC hardware. I'm afraid I don't know a huge amount of pre-built PC providers in the US, but newegg tends to be a pretty safe bet. Some pretty good entry level kit on there for very acceptable prices.

Very nice, especially the links to a number of maps on the right-most tab - very useful! There are however a number of things I would like to see: Another column in Officers to show them attached to calls or reports entered An option in Officers status to 'Attached to job' or similar Also, the log registers calls as completed when the programme is opened, rather than when they are submitted. Otherwise very nice!
  6. Congratulations! Well deserved
  7. Interesting to see they don't encrypt radio communications during something like this. Good to hear there are no life threatening injuries so far.
  8. As said above: don't open it and start fiddling - that will void the warranty. Take it back and get a replacement or refund, then spend that money on a self-built computer.
  9. There's evil everywhere, no matter how peaceful a place is. Nevertheless, a tragic event.
  10. Yeah, I've come to the slow realisation that I'm going to have to pump money into this. I was looking at this to upgrade too.
  11. Yeah, I was hoping for some advice that wasn't going to be as expensive as what they suggested over there... If it works and it isn't broken - don't change it!
  12. Hi all,I've had this computer for over 3 years now and I've been very happy with it. Recently however, I've noticed that booting it up can be a bit hit and miss, with it sometimes booting up fine and sometimes turning on but not powering up the peripherals (including the monitor). I have put this down to a PSU issue but I'd like some second opinions. My system specs are: CPU: Intel® Core™i7 Quad Core Processor i7-3820 (3.6GHz) 10MB CacheMobo: ASUS® SABERTOOTH X79: SOCKET 2011, R.O.GRAM: 16gb Corsair Vengeance Pro Series DDR3 1866MhzGPU: 2GB NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 670 - 2 DVI, HDMI, DP - 3D Vision ReadyHDD: 2TB 3.5" SATA-III 6GB/s HDD 7200RPM 64MB CACHESSD: Samsung 250 GB 850 EVO Solid State DrivePSU: FSP 600W Quiet 80 PLUS Quad Rail PSU + 120mm Case FanI'm aware that FSP aren't a particularly well respected brand but it hasn't given me any issues previously - could it be that my PC simply needs more power? Thanks in advanceStripe
  13. I wouldn't say scaring them into respect. Though I certainly can't see a clear objective of these videos.
