  1. ELS doesn't have any add-ons that allow for drivers to pull over for lights only. However, you can press / to trigger LCPDFR light modes (they don't actually show up) so it is the same as having drivers pull over for your ELS lights.
  2. I personally use an MSI GT70 0NE-452US but there are newer versions. There's no "best gaming laptop" out there, just personal choice. I would recommend looking at the MSI range of gaming laptops.
  3. I believe what the OP is saying is that most chargers on this site have either the reverse OR brake lights flashing when the ELS lights are on, but in real life, most chargers have BOTH reverse lights and brake lights flashing.
  4. Try this '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> Yes, LCPDFR supports EFLC.
  5. All default cop cars must be disabled in ELS.ini. Set the default, unmodded cars to be off.
  6. Absolutely can not wait to see how the gameplay will compare to the teaser videos and trailers. Also can't wait to see all of the police cars in action (if they show them). Maybe they'll show off vehicle and weapon customization too.
  7. ELS lights only come on when the associated light key is presses, they won't come on with the siren key alone. Are you positive that the car you installed is ELS enabled?
  8. Rooted Droid Razr Maxx. Personally can't stand Apple products. Not my taste.
  9. Unfortunately, no it's not possible. Fire trucks have their own air horn and ambulances have their own priority, but that's it.
  10. I haven't had this problem and I also use EFLC. What other mods do you use?
  11. Try switching to a different police ped, Perhaps the ped you're trying doesn't support hats (for whatever reason). Can the hat be spawned with Simple Native Trainer? Model Spawning --> Player Clothes and look for hat.
  12. I've heard of several people running a benchmark and having it report them as having a 9600 GT when the in fact did not, so it isn't just you that has the problem. As Bojan said, try turning shadows completely off and see how well the game runs. If the FPS picks up a lot, then the game is probably running correctly. Shadows in GTA IV are a complete FPS killer on most machines for some reason.
  13. The default police cars only have one livery. If you have downloaded another car from this site you can either keep spawning new cars until you get the livery you want, or else do the following: Go to your main GTA folder. Find Trainer.ini. Search for VehicleLivery, and set it equal to 0. Then, start up GTA and you can use the Car Options menu in Simple Native Trainer to change the livery of your car.
  14. For troubleshooting purposes, move your savegame folder to a backup location (so that GTA is forced to load a new game). See if it still crashes. This will indicate whether or not the savegame file is corrupted.
  15. You could try pressing Alt+Enter, that's generally a universal command for full screen toggle, it's possible it got set off by accident. If that doesn't work, make sure your commandline.txt does not have the -windowed command in it (if applicable).
  16. This should help with your problems: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> You can press Alt+B for backup and Alt+N for Noose backup, and press Shift to pull a car over. EDIT: For your callout problems, try moving around the map a little bit to get more variety. Also, LCPDFR isn't linked to the plate reader so the names will be different and LCPDFR will have no idea what the ALPR is outputting for names and warrants.
  17. Hello and welcome! You need to press Shift when behind a vehicle and inside a police car to initiate a traffic stop.
  18. Do the errors still occur?
  19. I see no errors here. Can you explain in detail what happens?
  20. It can't seem to find the location of where your GTA folder is. Try opening up a console and enter the following commands (press Enter after each): cd "C:Program Files (x86)SteamSteamAppscommonGrand Theft Auto IVGTAIV" UpdateTitle.exe /f "C:Program Files (x86)SteamSteamAppscommonGrand Theft Auto IVGTAIV" Include quotations, please, and load command prompt as an admin.
  21. In addition, F4 will minimize it so you can return to where you left off again (F4 brings it back as well).
