Ineseri, Is the Policing Script the only one to have MVA's? I can never remember if it's vdH PH as well or just Braveheart's script.

You need to go into your ELS.ini file and deactivate the stock vehicles, that way ELS doesn't try and load its lights on stock cars (which causes this problem).

I would recommend trying the visual settings file from ELS first before using the one from icenhancer. Icenhancer wasn't designed for ELS lights, so often times they look white or bland. Using the file from ELS should add some extra visual quality to the ELS lights. Same goes for the timecyc file, if included. Neither mod will break by not using the visualsettings file that came with it.

I don't believe so. If they're removed when you end your shift then there likely isn't a way to get them back, besides the trainer.

Apparently. I guess that in GTA V you can use your voice alone to aid in certain scenarios - at least, based on their interview. Which is awesome, until someone walks by your house or your room and they hear you shouting "put your hands up and give me your money!"

I did a quick search and it is likely caused be one (or both) of your vehicle mods. Try restoring the defaults. Edit: And the GetPhoneNumber crash is normal and happens to everyone.

I wish my PD allowed ride-alongs... Then again, in a small town of 9,000, nothing happens anyways I suppose. Luck of the draw.

I just tried it and it worked for me the first time, so try giving it another shot now and see if it works now that it's been a few hours. If it doesn't, then it could be a problem on your end but I'm not sure on how to fix it, so someone else will have to help you out. Sometimes you can just keep pressing "play" constantly until it finally works.

At 640x480? If that's a good enough resolution for you then that's perfectly fine but everyone else I know wouldn't be able to stand a resolution that low. EDIT: And most people would not consider 25-30fps to be all that good, especially at a really low resolution. 60 is normally a good target.

This is quite a common problem with Social Club. Some days it works great and other times it fails constantly. There's really no fix as this is an issue with Rockstar servers.

These look really good. If you're open to suggestions, may I recommend changing your graphics settings just while taking the screenshots? It will make them much more presentable, but it's entirely up to you. Either way, these look great.

I'm afraid that your computer specs just aren't enough to run GTA. You really need to have a decent dedicated graphics card in order to run GTA. Integrated (HD 4000) graphics won't be enough. You won't be able to play GTA any better than what you currently get no matter what you try to do.
