I don't see anything wrong with this either. I've always said I wanted a retired CVPI not as my main vehicle but as a secondary, for fun. I've always wanted to do what Slimory is doing and install lighting into it. In the US (where I am at least) it is perfectly legal to have whatever lights you desire, they just can't be used on a public road or to imitate an officer. For example, using them in your driveway or a parking lot for show is 100% legal.

There's no way to create a dedicated server in GTA IV. You need to use your in-game cell phone to make a custom match and, if you only want to play with friends, you should set the reserved slots to maximum (in free roam mode).

Well that didn't take long! Already figured that out I see. Dragon Language isn't as cryptic as I thought. *sigh* On topic, I suppose I'm lucky I haven't had to wait forever. Although, these next few months are going to take forever to go by. So I wonder, will there be a way to disable random players from joining your game?
