The issue with that is there's little to no houses with a working garage door.  There might not even be any aside from Michael's house, but I could be wrong.

 

Unless of course, you mean the GTA Online version which you just teleport into a garage.

That's precisely our issue. That being said, in the future we might introduce a car selection menu similar to GTA:O or garage access, but I cannot say for sure.

Do we have the option to change houses ourselves or are we stuck with the one the game gives us??

 

There are currently two apartment options available from which you can choose in-game via the Interaction Menu.

We hop to add more apartments in the future! In the Interaction Menu you have the option for your spawn location where you can select your apartment.

Not sure if we're still able to request apartments but I would like to live dirt poor at 2057 Vespucci Boulevard or at least somewhere closer to the beach/ghetto areas.

 

Also not sure if this would be possible but having a roommate/parter of some kind to live with you would be kinda cool.

Im still waiting for a house in sandy shores, i have having to drive from the city to sandy shores (both houses you own are in the city) just to go on duty, i know i can teleport right to it (and i have sometimes) but sometimes i dont wanna teleport, and i know u can start on duty, but again, your start in the city

Are you at all aware if we can change the cords of where our charcter spawns? if so could we make something to change that with our own plugin/code?

I replied to your topic regarding this. As a general answer to the other questions in this topic: We will definitely add more houses in the future!

I am defiantly interested in more housing. I would love a house in at least each town/city so that if you favor that town/counties agency you can realistically commute to work without having to drive for forever or use a trainer.

Why I am always spawning in front of your "house" in Sandy Shores? Isn't there another choices to choose from an Apartment in LSPDFR 4.8? Because if there is I don't see it when I press the "M" on the keyboard for my "Menu". There is no choices but go straight to the same apartment ever time. I read an article that LSPDFR 4.8 has added and addition apartment with this version. Is this true?

Would Franklins house in the hills be possible? or Michaels house in vinewood? That would be epic!

The Malibu Mansion would be awesome! Just installed it in the base game and it is real nice. Would be sweet to have a place that would allow for multiple cars to be parked there and saved. 

Just a thought, but have you guys considered having houses use the same system as stations (XML files)? This way, instead of everyone requesting that one specific house they want, they could just add their own in the file with custom name, coordinates for the entry point, the car save point, and the name of the interior to which they should be teleported (along with a handy reference list of available interiors).
