Hi i'm the person who had the issue you linked form, sorry for the confusion it was a restore from a cloud backup of my computer files, I use a service called Carbonite https://www.carbonite.com and just restored the files from my back up. I recommend you back up too it has saved me a few times before.

No the files are still named Jamiemacperhson

Some how my Main Characters name changed on me it used to be Jamie MacPherson Now its this? It still says Jamie MacPherson in my profile on the site is there anyway to fix this?

Oh i'm sorry I was not asking for support i just thought it was amusing that my back up was lit when they arrived on the scene and thought I would share with everyone

I've come to the determination that almost everyone in GTA is a criminal to some degree the cops the tow drivers even the coroner have tripped my ALPR. Last night a fire crew ran over my back up and my partner and 95% of all traffic stops end in DUI or Narcotics arrests.

This is a first for me I had to arrest one of my back up for showing up to a crime scene drunk DUI and public intoxication

me too I have 0 Arrested but I usually transport my prisoners to jail personal drive over the yellow circle and hand off the prisoner is this the wrong way to do it? I ahve arrested many Also it appears Computer Light tickets dont show up? or interaction + stops? I think we need to fix it so all different add-on methods count I literally have 100s of tickets but LSPDFR thinks all i do is take showers and watch TV

Hello, I RP a lot of both on and off duty. a few things bother me about off duty. even when off duty a cop is still a cop. today I was at Sandy shore I bumps a ped or scared her or something she called the police they showed up and took me into custody. I did nothing wrong really but it just seems dumb that when the cops show up you are arrested for something and you cant just say wait a second guys I'm a cop. this happened right in front of the sheriffs office I work out of you would think most of the deputies would know my character. I'm sure its because the base game assumes the player is a criminal so anything you do escalates quick. but cant we get some flag similar to the cop flag we use to be cops on duty? Another example i was ridding my bike down a stretch of dirt road one of the deuties was being fired on by gang members IC I know i wold stop to help so I did this got me shot by the police I was there to help.... I know alot of you dont like off duty mode and find this useless garbage but its part of the game LSPDFR built and i like it so i use it I just want it more usfull. Also while i'm at it can we turn the stores and things back on so we cna use them and maybe get a pay check so we can buy stuff? And when we park our personal vehicle outside the station its gone when we go off duty so now i have to "steal a car to get home" or unrealistically Tp home cant our cars or bikes stay put?

So just because you dont like it does not mean its useless GVA is a game and part of that for some of us is more then just the job part. I like the apartment and I wish there was more to do off duty why are the stores and stuff all broken for isntance?get over your self you can change your start to be on duty and at the station so what is your exact complaint about the apt? you never have to go there if you dont want to I agree 100% I RP from start to finish i do a shift go home watch TV drink if I feel appropriate for my character one thing I would like though is to be treated different off duty I noticed today I pulled up to the sandy shores Sheriffs office were I start my shift a by stander got all huffy and called 911 the police came and there was no hey i'm a cop moment it went immediately to bad back up levels guns drawn and I was "busted" for what who knows cause GTA assums you are a bad guy when your not on duty I hope we can get an update that fixes this its immersion breaking for me to be treated like a bad guy when off duty no mater what I do I cant talk my way out of the busted or on one occasion I was shot. But op would consider this useless i am guessing so
