Hey Sam (or any other developer or knowledgeable player), I've got a quick question about zones and regions. If we set up a particular zone that, for example, includes Grand Senora Desert but not Harmony, will units assigned to Grand Senora Desert still travel through Harmony? Or for any other small zones that are within or between several other zones, will the AI still drive through these areas? I'm only asking because I don't know if I have to include all of those tiny areas in my regions in order for my units to be able to drive through those areas.

 

Another question (lol): do the vehicles in each agency/loadout work with add-on vehicles?

Holy crap guys, you've outdone yourself with this update. I'm loving everything about it. The ambiance is awesome and I finally just got in a pursuit and it was literally the best pursuit I've been, it went so smooth, the AI (both PD and suspect) were actually smart (especially the suspect actually, he did a lot of moves that almost lost the pursuing units lol) and I'm loving the immersion of having your own character. Everything is working smooth and it's amazing, thank you guys for your hard work.

 

Oh and the flashlight is the coolest thing ever. 

im still having texture loss my pc is a i7 7700k and a 1080 so i have no idea what is  causing it

It could be your car model, but try this first: GTA V -> lspdfr -> lspdfr.ini (change "Main.PreloadAllModels" to "false").

They can drive anywhere, yeah.  Also, if you have two zones right beside each other (especially small zones) and different agencies for each, sometimes you'll see some crossover.   And yes, addon vehicles and peds are supported.

I'm very impressed with traffic stops.  The AI traffic is awesome.  No more long lines of cars stopped behind you or trying to run you over.

I'm loving noticing the little details about the mod that were a nice surprise! For example suspects giving up after a while in a pursuit I was utterly surprised! Next the scenarios are amazing, I had some random tramp steal an ambulance that was attending the scene of a stabbing which led to a pursuit of an ambulance. Can't wait to see what else surfaces!

Really Impressed with 0.4 so far.

It really feels like a brand new game and not """just""" a mod on top of GTA5.

 

I love the fact LSPDFR directly loads your character on launch, I love the zone customization, the AI, etc.

The pursuit are so much more enjoyable now, both the cops and the bad guys finally have a sense of self preservation.

How do you allow the AI to use addon vehicles. I replaced the car the SAHP use in the agency xml with an addon CHP car from hurk and it didnt seem to work.

One thing I will say, is that this mod you can tell there has been a lot of love put into this mod. Mainly for the fact that as i was on patrol I saw some patrol lights and didn't know what was going on. Went around a corner and saw a AI police Officer had another car pulling over giving what I believe to be a ticket. At that point, I knew that alot of time went into the mod. I have been playing for years now, just recently decided to get a profile. Thanks for all your hard work. ALSO the pursuits are completely amazing now.

That's totally wrong. ELS is a script and independently from LSPDFR. 

 

Oder da ich denke, dass du deutsch sprichst 😄

Lspdfr arbeitet mit Plugins, ELS ist ein Script und funktioniert dementsprechend auch ohne LSPDFR.

Hey guys!

I came here to give a huge THANK YOU. 
I remember that I stopped playing LSPD:FR with 0.3 because the update destroyed pursuits and backup calls for me. I don't know exactly what caused it but I remember that I even made a thread in the forums talking about it. That's why you added the "Minimun Backup Spawn Distance" feature in the .ini. 

Even with that little fix I had way too many issues with 0.3 to keep playing. I always loved this mod though and waited more than a year for the 0.4 release and I have to say it fixed a LOT of stuff I disliked about 0.3

The pursuits are working for me again, backup calling is delivering the immersion I want...it's phenomenal work.

 

So THANK YOU for you continued developement and I can't wait to see if you come up with even more stuff for this project. 

 

One thing I want to say though: I'm not sure if it's a known but when I try to customize my police officer there are no police props available...no police hats, no jackets or wests...it's a really stange menu..did I overlook something?
