what kind of specs are you running?

Hey there,
It sounds like you are experiencing dim lights. Perhaps something like Better Radiance is what you're looking for? 
And before installing it, make sure Shader Quality & PostFX in the GTAV graphic settings are 'High' or above.

when you launch the ga,me with rage lspdfr is all ready loaded. you have to type in Force Duty  or go to a station to go on duty as a police officer

Did you install the very bright option from RadianceV? If so try the less bright one or install this: 
 

The mod I linked has a bright option for day as well which works just fine on my system

let me ask you a question! when you have a pursuit and the purps car hits a barrier at 100 mph and the engine is fine and the car is a little bit dented do you hate that? like come on GTA! well not for long! this mod is going to focus on real life engine and handling physics so when a car hits a barrier at 70 MPH the engine is tost! and the front end in crumpled in! this mod is also going to make cars handle like real life! as well as, all cars have real top speeds and the real amount of gears. all the handling lines are based off of real cars and this mod doesn't only focus on police cars but it also focuses on civ cars as well! so pursuits are a lot more realistic! Okay man, first of all you arent bothering me at all for many reasons, number one im proud that you posted your rph log before any one asked you to (that seems to be a big problem on this website for somepeople 😄), I also want to thank you for you cooraporation, It helps all of us and you:)

Thank you for your reply! I already use Fluidity and Disicpline as well as Clear the way, it doesnt seem like they change the distance away from you that the ai move over. Im looking to have the ai pull over when youre coming up behind them farther away rather than them moving over when youre already passing them. Ill try out your mod and let you know!

Maybe...but it should still default to newest on top. Not only will it give people the information they need quicker, it helps people make a quick informed decision about whether or not to download a mod.

As it appears, this full reinstall may have eliminated my problem. LSPDFR has begun to respond to my controls again. Now I just need to make sure I don't get any addons that are outdated. I'm super accustomed to Albo's old addons that apparently dont work anymore

Add ELS and its relevant files back into the game then attach your "RagePluginHook" log - a text document found in your main directory 🙂

This error is not about an antivirus or lack of privileges.

As per the FAQ's this error is when you don't have .NET framework installed - a requirement for LSPDFR. I'm aware you installed 4.0 but that is different to 4.7.2

If that doesn't do it make sure you don't have ENB or ReShade causing it
