NO

So Computer+ has been updated for 0.4 but it says it requires LSPDFR+, does LSPDFR+ still not work, and therefore will computer+ still not work?

Spotlight works 100% no issues

I don't know how to remove spoilers and it's automatically doing it when I copy/paste and I'm in no way going to re-type this so sorry. Look below to see what I have tested and am about to test, will report back after.

Sorry for double post, Computer+ Was just updated and works for 0.4 everyone. Please be sure to check the downloads section regularly. A lot of plugins and call out packs being updated and created.

Yep still working, a couple of compatibility issues though. For instance I'd recommend changing the key bindings in one of them because they overlap, but you can get by without it (hold down B for Ultimate Backup menu, then sort of tap it again a couple times for LSPDFR backup menu)

Thanks again for all the help guys! I've made a pretty big update to my original post to reflect some more working and non-working plugins and will continue to work on it and monitor this thread for others' progress. Pretty excited to see some of Albo's stuff start coming around. Desperately awaiting Police SmartRadio and Computer+.

as of right now LSPDFR+ does not work, I have been using it without, it defiantly beats the default computer still. lol

Computer + Confirmed working. Still need SmartRadio please, guys! 

PeterU Callouts sort of works. Some calls work, but some glitch (and I think Speeding Vehicle has an undocumented hard dependency on Traffic Policer).
