Is there a good replacement for Entity Persistence?  I see there are some vehicle persistence mods, but it would be nice if other entities didn't disappear.

Does anybody know how well Traffic Policer and Arrest Manager are working? 

ELS "works" for me, but for some reason when I try to perform a traffic stop they basically dead weight in the car until they hit a wall and then continue to drive normally.

Does anyone know why Shift Blipping, then turning on lights and activating siren isn't getting the results of default?

Has anyone heard about RADIANCE V yet?

how about the police barricade plugin, when is this going to get updated? Right now I don't have the option to call Coroner nor to do a automatic ped check and plate check 

I also miss my police partner mod with K9 included.

It works just fine, I'm using it. It's non dependent of RPH so you won't have to worry about it when LSPDFR ever updates 

DarkMyre's Police Partner mod also works fine, testing the rest of his now as well.

In your ELS configuration file, set "ElsTrafCtrlOn" to false.

Always make a backup. Especially in the case of such a small but important file. Just extract your default file to the desktop, verify your new file works and then delete or store it away.

When I go to run a name in Computer+ my game crashes. Is this an error on my end due to some installation error I made or are others having the issue?

Will Search Warrant plugin work on this new version?

I set this but still cannot pull them over.  They don't go suicidal now... they just... ignore me all together.  Any further suggestions?  I'm looking at files to see if I can figure it out myself but hours in I'm turning blind to the text.

CSP530 Better EMS does work. You have to move the files. They have notes in the Release page where to copy the files appropriately.  I am running it now and it does work.

Better EMS and Assorted Callouts work. Verified in my game no less. Everything else mentioned is already in the OP sans Arrest Manager, which I will add now.

Well... Non-ELS cars are not pulling people over so... I guess at least I can play, but I really wanted to load in some nicer cars with ELS.  Maybe I'll just remove ELS and do some shopping for some nice HQ Non-ELS cars for now.

That's so strange. I've had success with both ELS and non-ELS cars stopping AI. Are you 100% sure everything is installed correctly?

I followed Albo's videos so... I'm hoping yes.  The car loaded fine... It's possibly the car I used, but I don't know what could be different.  Possibly using the templates with Modding Pack V?  I tried pulling a default of what the vehicle is based on, but I don't know.  Really I'm just looking for the better cars... even though I do like ELS as I use it on FiveM as well, but... I'll cut my losses at this point to just be able to play for a bit while things get sorted out.  It's from a highly rated Blaine County Pack but it didn't come with the xml data and I used Albo's templates to insert them.

The car functions beautifully, with the single exception of being unable to pull anyone over.

 

I'd be willing to try another car tomorrow, if you can recommend one you absolutely know is working.  I looked at all the data and couldn't identify anything that would imply the Traffic Stop wouldn't work.  I do appreciate all your help tonight so far though and I'm would love to discover if I messed up or if it's just an anomaly with cars from that pack.  I have another MegaPack I could try pulling from that appears to have the meta files necessary.

ELS has a sample xml you could use you just have to make sure it lines up with the name of the model it is replacing and or adding on to.

I'd be interested to see what your results are not using Albo's Modding Pack, even though it isn't listed as something that's LSPDFR version dependent.

 

Edit: As for a specific car pack; give any of these a try.
