GTA V -> lspdfr -> lspdfr.ini (change "Main.PreloadAllModels" to "false").

I hope I am in the right section. Below is a list of all the plugins that I have currently running and how Im running the game.

 

- Windowed mode.

- Turned down some graphic settings

- Removed excess liveries in OpenIV from all my emergency vehicles I have in the game. (helped a ton)

 

So the first Image is Mods Designed for 0.4.

Image 2 is mods that I had in 0.3 that seem to work in 0.4.

Do you have the added images and computer assets downloaded and installed as well?. Also, can confirm Rageuphoria works.

Wilbon. It seems to be a bit flimsy for me too. I've had a few crashes with it even with the 4.0 update. But works 80% of the time.

I do, and the only things I had installed plugin wise at the time was Computer+, EUP Menu, and maybe Assorted Callouts.  Gonna reinstall the assets because it's been a consistent crash each time and it didn't do it before. 

 

Edit: False alarm. Computer+ does work as intended and so far so good. I figured out the issue.

I downloaded it and installed it earlier, and found this issue. Came out of game, and while troubleshooting I noticed that my files were 'ComputerPlus.dll' and 'Computer Plus.ini'. I thought the space was strange but assumed thats just how it came. I reinstalled everything, including the assets, and this time the space was missing. Since then, it doesn't crash. It's weird as it could access the computer but not the database. 

 

Still some issues with how it handles vehicle alerts and what not but does work!

Yet Another Partner Mod is working.

 

I never tried to recruit IAA or Military peds on 0.3, but it's not working with 0.4. I was able to recruit regular policemen and SWAT/NOOSE officers

All working so far, also with all of the mods and scripts I listed in my earlier post. I'm actually going to FINNALLY be playing 0.4 and testing all the keys and call outs and the plugins. So far it has been almost two days of installation and backing up and testing lol. This is how my 0.4 is looking so far!. Not much but hoping more plugins will be created and released and many will be updated!.

i use vocal dispatch, it works, although i have to repeat myself alot, it may just be an issue on my end.

Did the flashlight thing that was showcased not make it in?

I believe it did, but I haven't had to/wanted to use it yet, so I'm not 100% sure. I've seen a couple people mentioning it as cool and the whatnot.

Wow, i'm glad someone made the list of working plugins in lspdfr 0.4 already :D.

Yes it did, just select it in the weapon wheel and watch the magic happen.  Fantastic animation work, the only mild complaint I have about it is not really being able to direct the flashlight beam.  

Search Warrant by DarkMyre works, as well as PersuitOnTheFly, however it no longer puts a star/icon on the ped on the minimap. Makes it harder for sure, heh. Testing more plugins as we speak!. Not having a coroner, or tow unit really is forcing me to play 0.3 for now however.

I copied and pasted my whole mods -> update folder, so I wouldn't think that's your issue, but things run differently for different people so there's no telling.

Only way I've ever got rage to load is to start GTA then tab out or quickly launch rage before GTA loads, even before 0.4.

 

Also I copied my entire mods folder as well. GTA runs no issues. Have redux 1.6, natural vision, visual v, radiance, els etc. Runs no issues. At least until I go on duty then get texture pop. Haven't tried the preload model method.
