By default, LSPDFR is designed to work with the default game.  It is meant to work for everyone, not just people with 20 different mods installed.

Idk why update wasn't working couldn't get info uniform or have calls 

So for those of you who will actually see my post in this insane thread. I loaded a number of callout plugins and all seem to be working, which from a programming standpoint makes sense.

Also, for those of you interested you don't need a full clean install, if you're hesitant to have to re-download it; just remove your plugins folder in it's entirety, then run the tool or manual install. Plugins using RPH and NOT LSPDFR, should still work if they don't depend on FirstReponse. I have spotight, copholser, clear the way, siren mastery etc. all working.

i figured it was something i was doing wrong. got it working now. 

anyone else having an issue with the pause menu in game? the lspdfr tab doesnt load as it should everytime, it sometimes shows stats from michael trevor and franklin all grayed out. also its just sorta laggy in the pause menu all around. 

Okay I've tried everything completely clean gta install, tried the installer, manually installing it, replacing the default rage hook with the one from the site, I have script hook and .net.

I can only get rage hook and gta both up if I boot gta up first then run rage hook or else gta crashes and I cannot let rage hook auto load lspdfr or i crashes, I've gotten that far, but again if I load lspdfr plugin gta crashes.

Any ideas?

Edit: Also no other plugins at all.

I just tried the mod I had a few graphical problems with overlay but otherwise ok however I see we have vanilla cars to work with for the moment so how do I change or replace /add vehicles into my game any tips?

Also, how do I call for a tow truck? if that's not a thing I hope a mod comes out soon to fix that!

My game crashes on launch, I have tried running as administrator, I have windowed mode set to be forced, I did a fresh install of GTA V on steam, did a manual install of LSPDFR. The game crashed when in the loading menu so I checked an online tutorial on how to install LSPDFR 0.4, the tutorial said it is recommended to install ScriptHookV and TrainerV so I installed them. The game is still not launching, the loading menu appears and then 30 seconds later it crashes. Here is the RagePluginHook.Log (Please let me know if you need any more information)

My plan is to run it just with LSPDFR and Rage Plugin Hook as well as the prerequisites ( Script Hook V , etc ). After that I'm going to test asi plugins and then scripts, and then try the plugins individually and test the game after each install and mark my place. There is a lot of plugins and callout packs and it will take time to test them all if you are taking your time and doing them one by one and testing. Odd's are 50% or more of the Plugins or Callout packs will require updates to be compatible. Everyone just be smart and keep your 0.3 installation backed up and slowly and carefully begin the installation and modification process for 0.4 in a new folder. Remember that 0.3 was out for a long time and there were so many plugins and call out packs we will have to be patient for them to be ported over / made compatible with 0.4. People have been reporting which plugins are working and which are not, and that is very helpful too!. I tested EUP and it seemed to work, and some call out packs are working as well as one or two of my plugins. But half of if not more are non-functional and or are even causing LSPDFR crashes. I don't get CTD issues , just the LSPDFR plugin itself crashing. Watching Rage Plugin Hook menu as 0.4 boots up is hectic, it floods it and really seems to be causing issues for a lot of people when they start it. 

I really want to play but unfortunately I don't know how to update could some one please help I already downloaded 4.0 how do I launch it?

 

So I tried 0.4 An All I can say it's pretty Stable. I get 55-60+ Of Frame per second, Even in 0.3 with Albo mods an all the other popular mods I got the same 55+ FPS. I don't know how a lot of you guys claim to only get 25-35 FPS, I don't know why your frames are that low. People complaining About Frame Rate drops an crashes an errors , You guys didn't Install the mod correctly. Most of you didn't know that 0.4 would brake all the plugins an callout. I knew It wouldn't work because 0.3 was the same everything broke. Of course The API Is way different then 0.3 . Anyways I tried it out an I love The pursuits, it's absolutely Beautiful, It feels a lot different, The suspects drive very different an actually make left an right turns an even U turns. They caught me on some turns that i didn't see coming. It was fun. Also I removed everything related to 0.3 like you all were suppose to, an Just do a clean Installation of 0.4 . For other plugins we have to wait till the creators update there mods if they do lol. 10/10 Everyone will fall in love with 0.4 once Other Plugins an callout get updated.

Do you have a callout in there ??? I'm seeing "Miscellaneous" If it's the callout remove every Plugin an callout you have. That has to be why it's crashing. That's what noticed in your ragehook file

There should not be any callouts in there. I did a fresh install, everything I have 'installed' I posted in my original message. 

The only things in my plugin folder are "LSPD First Response.dll" and "LSPD First Response.pdb".

I also did a clean install of GTA V only installed LSPDFR and RPH but when starting up the game just keep crashing. I can't figure out why that happening as there is no mods etc that should be causing any issues. Yes, I have ScriptHook V as well.

Yeah I saw You said that. But I wasn't sure if you accidentally Left One in there by mistake. I would need to see your Main Directory Folder for GTA 5 to see what else it could be

0.4 is great by itself and all, but I can't play realistically without those mods. For now I will stick to playing Squad until those mods get updated. I am a little disappointed because I thought they would at least have some built in feature where it would tell if the PED is happy, intoxicated, or has drugs in sight during a traffic stop like Interaction+. I also thought smartradio and computerplus would be integrated into 0.4 and boy was I wrong. You have to literally type in the PEDs name and yadda yadda. No actual computer system either sadly 🙁. Don't get me wrong; what they did add was cool but I am just a little disappointed is all because I deleted 0.3.1 entirely and I would rather have kept playing that until 0.4 got more updated content. 

 you can ask for id goto car i use xbox controller so while in stationary car press x (q on keyboard) get computer up press either LB or TAB and it sticks in last peds id .. not figured out for cars yet ..

also i agree i wanted to search there car and call in spike strips .. Missing the callout packs i had also seem to keep getting same 2 offenses Robbery or Pursuit ....Meh
