I figured out the issue. I had RH forcing to load plugins on startup. Once I disabled that, it worked perfectly.

What were you doing when the crash/bug occurred?: Loading the game Did the game crash to desktop, or did the plugin crash?: No Does the same crash or bug happen consistently? If so, describe the steps to reproduce the issue.: The game gets to a black screen that says 'Loading LSPDFR' with a animated loading sign in the bottom right corner, but nothing happens after that. The loading signs continues to spin (I've waited around Ten minutes two times) Upload a copy of RagePluginHook.log from your main GTA V folder. Upload any relevant in-game screenshots.

I realized that too, I hope there is a setting for it! Let me know if you have any luck finding one, I am going to look around at the files too!

Okay, here is the 'lspdfr' folder and the 'plugins' folder! I first did an auto-install, the game crashed when loading so I did the manual install, the game continued to crash when loading then I posted about it here.

There should not be any callouts in there. I did a fresh install, everything I have 'installed' I posted in my original message. The only things in my plugin folder are "LSPD First Response.dll" and "LSPD First Response.pdb". Any other ideas? Thanks For The Quick Reply! ❤️

My game crashes on launch, I have tried running as administrator, I have windowed mode set to be forced, I did a fresh install of GTA V on steam, did a manual install of LSPDFR. The game crashed when in the loading menu so I checked an online tutorial on how to install LSPDFR 0.4, the tutorial said it is recommended to install ScriptHookV and TrainerV so I installed them. The game is still not launching, the loading menu appears and then 30 seconds later it crashes. Here is the RagePluginHook.Log (Please let me know if you need any more information) RagePluginHook.log
