I'm managed to fix everything somehow but I cannot get the DLL to load. ERROR: Could not load plugin from "D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\LSPD First Response.dll". Could not load file or assembly 'LSPD First Response, Version=0.4.39.22580, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Okay I've tried everything completely clean gta install, tried the installer, manually installing it, replacing the default rage hook with the one from the site, I have script hook and .net. I can only get rage hook and gta both up if I boot gta up first then run rage hook or else gta crashes and I cannot let rage hook auto load lspdfr or i crashes, I've gotten that far, but again if I load lspdfr plugin gta crashes. Any ideas? Edit: Also no other plugins at all.
